'Please stand. Raise your right hand. Do you promise that the testimony you shall give in the case before this court shall be the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help you God?' The clerk repeated once again to the second witness which was the officer

'I do' the officer said

'Please stare your first and last name'

'Michael Johnson'

'You may be seated'

'Officer, where do you work?'

'I am working for the California highway Patrol for over five years'

'Where you on duty on the night of August 10th?'

'Yes'

'Did you see a black 1996 Benz and a white Cadillac that night'

'I saw the black 1996 Benz but not the white Cadillac'

'Do you happen to know the licence number for the black 1996 Benz?'

'Where did you first see the car?'

'Going straight at a nearby by stop light'

'Why did you notice the car?'

'The car was speeding uncontrollably'

'Did you stop the Benz?'

'I tried to but but Justine didn't obey the orders'

'Do you happen to know where the car stopped?'

'The car was stopped when it hit the lorry'

'After you found out it was her in the car, what did you do afterwards?'

'I observed the car after it was free from the crash and saw a gun laid in there'

'Is this the gun that you found in her car?' The Deputy gave her the key in a transparent wallet

'Yes' the officer said

'Your honor, I would like to have the gun marked as people's eyes cho it number one and ask that they be admitted into evidence'

'Does the defence have any objection?' The Judge asked

'No, Your Honor' my attorney spoke

'The gun will be admitted as People's exhibit number one'

'Officer, was there anything unusual about the gun?'

'No Your Honor'

'I have no further questions' the Deputy spoke

'Does the defence wish to ask any questions?'

'No, Your Honor'

'The witness is excused' she said 'Does the prosecution have any other witnesses?'

'Yes, Your Honor. The people call the fingerprint examiner'
