England: walking in the rain, no umbrella, not caring if it's raining or he's getting soaked. It's a beautiful day outside today.

Americans (my opinion)

America: what the hell! It's RAINING! IN SUMMER?! WHAT?! THAT IS...WOW... bugs umbrella, whilst walking out shop sees England without any umbrella and just stares at him H O W?!

French (my opinion)

France: honhonhon. It rains in the summer in Angleterre, wonder why? Shrugs I'm going to make 'im mine anyway walks to Iggy's home

Russians (my opinion)

Russia: has umbrella anyway, isn't bothered by cold though nice weather today, Angliya.
