Chapter 57
Stilinski picked up the glove from off his desk. Derek and I agreed that a talking glove was a bit out of our expertise. "I still don't get how this guy has no mouth. I mean, how can he eat?" Sheriff asked. Really? That's his first question. Not, why is he trying to kill every supernatural in Beacon Hills? I mean, personally, that's my first question. But that's just me. "Peter didn't get a chance to ask. He was fighting him off with a tomahawk buried in his chest." Derek said smartly. He sounded very much like the sarcastic teenager he used to be. Oh, no! I refuse. If he starts changing personalities again I will flip. I refuse to take that crap. Ug!
"Who runs around with a tomahawk?" Stilinski asked obviously confused and a bit overwhelmed by everything. Truthfully, none of us knew how to process any of this. I mean, wendigos, tomahawk/ax things, supernatural murders, no mouths. It's all very strange. But then again, when is Beacon Hills not?
"I carried one for IED removal in Afghanistan." A voice said from the door. I looked to see Parrish at the door. Derek glanced at Stilinski. That's when I realized that I hadn't actually told Derek about the little conversation Parrish and I had had before we turned him back into a man. I'm not sure that I should, actually. That might not go over too well. "It's military." Parrish said walking in and toward Stilinski. "And so is that." He said pointing at the glove with a key board.
"Do you know what it's used for?" Derek asked. A glove with a keyboard that talks? Who knows? I'd say technological magic. "Well, this one looks like it's been modified." Parrish said examining the glove. Derek and Stilinski looked at each other. Derek nodded. Stilinski closed the door to his office. "Show us." He said.

Stilinski, Derek and I stood behind Parrish as he did something on the computer. "Okay, I think I got an IP address." He said. Sheriff leaned forward beside him. "That means we can find him, right?" Stilinski asked. Parrish nodded. "Definitely. Especially if..." The glove moved and I stiffened. My claws came out. Derek grabbed my wrists and pulled them behind my back. Stilinski and Parrish both stared at it. Parrish looked at Stilinski.
"What was that?" Derek asked. The computer made a noise and I jerked against Derek's grip alarmed. "I think I found a message." Parrish said. Derek tightened his grip and made a noise. My claws disappeared and Derek let me go.
"Does anyone recognize the handle "Benefactor"?" Parrish asked. Benefactor? That sounds weird and menacing. Terrific! A message popped up by the name on the computer. Derek leaned in beside Parrish. "Money transferred. What does that mean?" Derek said. Stilinski straightened up.
"That means this guy is not just a killer." We all look at Stilinski wanting to know more. "He's an assassin."
