Buttdial

Luke:

You were currently going grocery shopping when you got a phone call from your boyfriend, Luke.

You pull it out of your pocket and answer it.

“Hey Luke,” you greet him.

“Dude you’re head over heels for her,” you hear Michael say then laugh.

There’s some rustling.

Luke must’ve buttdialed you.

“I am,” you hear Luke admit.

“So when are you going to propose?” You hear Calum ask.

“Soon, hopefully. I’ve already got the ring,” Luke confesses.

“What? I meant that as a joke,” Calum says, shocked.

“Oh. Well I’m going to ask her to marry me soon, and hopefully she says yes so we can get married, have two children, live in a two story house and be happy together,” Luke shares.

“Yes we will, Luke,” you whisper to yourself before ending the phone call.

Luke proposed two weeks later and he never even knew he buttdialed you.

Ashton:

You were currently at a café with Ashton’s little sister, Lauren, who you had gotten closer to as time grew that you were dating Ashton.

“So,” she starts as you glimpse over the menu, already knowing what you wanted.

You look up at her. “So what?”

“Kids,” she says excitedly, “I want nieces and nephews!”

“Whoa, Lauren,” you take a sip of your Dr. Pepper, “I’m still pretty young for kids.”

“But mini Ashtons and little Y/Ns would be adorable running around,” she complains.

“I’m sure it would be, but I’m still in college,” you laugh.

“How many do you want? What do you want them to be named?” She bombards you.

You sigh. “I want four. Two boys, two girls. And I want their names to be unique, not boring like John and Sally.”

“Great! Can I help pick out the names?” She asks.

“Sure, Lauren. Ten years from now when I’m pregnant you can help pick out baby names,” you tell her.
