Ashton:
“Y/N! Come here!” Ashton calls from the bathroom.
You walk and stand in the doorway.
You watch as Ashton puts a handful of tampons back under the sink.
“Please keep your woman stuff out of the way, not all of us like your period,” Ashton tells you annoyed.
Never mess with a lady on her period.
“Excuse you?! I can keep my pads wherever I want, mom! You think I like my period either? No one likes their period. You’re bleeding out of your vagina, and if you say something like that to me again you’ll be bleeding out of your dick,” you sass him before walking away.
Calum:
“Why is Y/N so moody?” You hear Luke ask as you walk away from the living room, close to tears because there’s no popcorn.
“Oh, she has her Ms. Flow,” Calum tries to explain.
“Her what?” Michael asks confused.
“Her time of the month,” Calum says awkwardly.
“What?” Ashton questions.
“Her crimson wave,” Calum answers.
The boys give him a questioning look.
“Her bloody Mary?” Calum tries.
They shake their heads, still confused.
Calum sighs.
“Her period. She’s on her menstrual cycle.”
The boys blush and nod, finally understanding what Calum was saying.
Luke:
“Hey Y/N, wanna have sex?” Luke asks as he walks into the bedroom the two of you share.
You sit on the bed, reading a fan fiction off of your laptop.
“Sorry Luke, I’m on my period.” You don’t even try to sound apologetic.
Hey, it isn’t your fault Ms. Flow decided to come to town.
He groans and belly flops onto the bed. “You’re always on your period!”
“It’s not my fault! She visits once a month!” You defend.
“Can’t you take some medicine to make it shorter?” He gives you a hopeful look.
You roll your eyes. “Luke, I don’t think they make that.”
“I’ll Google it!” He jumps up to grab his laptop.
Michael:
“So does it like, hurt?” Michael asks you as you talk about your period.
“The cramps hurt,” you tell him.
“How bad?” He asks.
“Okay, so remember that time Luke kicked you in the balls and you couldn’t walk normally for two days?” He nods. “Just multiply that by three.”
“That sounds really painful,” he says.
“It is. You can’t walk normally because you either have a cotton ball shoved up your vagina or something that looks like fifty tissues sticking to your underwear. You get all moody, and blood gets all over your bottom half,” you explain.
“I’m glad I’m not a girl now,” Michael laughs, lifting your connected hands to his lips and kissing your hand.
“You should be.” You give him a kiss on the lips.
So I did some research and there's actually no medicine to make your period shorter. But! according to University of Iowa Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, women who take birth control experience shorter and lighter periods that women who don't.
So you can avoid getting pregnant and have Ms. Flow be a little nicer to you.
