He had a child before you met him

Michael:

“I told them you were coming, they seemed pretty excited,” Michael tells you and you follow him into his house.

“Will, Garrett, can you come downstairs please?” Michael yells up the stairs.

The sound of footsteps fill the house, and two small boys suddenly appear in front of you.

“These are my twin four year old sons, Will and Garrett. Boys, meet my girlfriend, Y/N,” Michael introduces you.

“You’re pretty.”

“Did you bring us anything?”

“Did you bring candy?”

“No! No candy before dinner,” Michael commands before turning around.

You quickly pull two small packets of M&M’s out of your purse and hand one to each boy.

They giggle, but stop as Michael turns around to look at you three suspiciously.

As he turns back around, you wink at the twin boys.

That remained your little secret.

Ashton:

You were staying with your boyfriend of seven months, Ashton, and his fourteen year old daughter for a while, while your plumbing was getting fixed.

You pass Blaise, his daughter’s room, on your way to Ashton’s room from the bathroom, but stop as you hear talking.

“Dad seems happier lately, mama… I think it’s because of Y/N. I miss you a lot. I hope you don’t mind Y/N. I actually quite like her… she makes dad and me happy. She brought me to the art museum today. You know how much I like art. I hope you don’t think she’s replacing you. Because you’re always going to be my first mom. I just want to consider Y/N as a mom as well.”

You smile from your spot in the doorway.

The next day, Blaise accidently called you mom and apologized.

But you told her to continue calling you mom.

Luke:

Luke called you panicked in the middle of the day, causing you to stop running errands to go home and see what’s wrong.

“What happened, Luke?”

“It’s Isa,” Luke says about his twelve year old daughter.

“What happened to her?” You ask, concerned.

You and Luke have been dating for five years (still waiting for that ring, Luke) and you considered Isa your daughter.

“She got her menstrual cycle,” Luke whispers like it’s forbidden.

You smile proudly. “Where is she?”

“In the bathroom.”

You warm up the heating pad you had and grabbed some medicine, going upstairs and setting them in her room.

You grab some new underwear for the preteen and knock on the bathroom door.

“Who is it?” She asks cautiously.

“It’s mom,” you tell her, still smiling.

You loved being able to be called mom by her, even though you weren’t her biological mother.

The door creaks open, and the blue eyed girl stares at you.

“I heard you got a bloody surprise,” you tell her, handing her the fresh underwear.

She gives you a relieved look.

“Do you know how to put a pad on?”

“Yes, mom.”

“Okay, I left some medicine and a heating pad in your room when you’re done. You’re a woman now. I’m so proud of you,” you smile.

She smiles back before closing the bathroom door.

“You’re such a good mother to her,” Luke says from the bedroom that you two share.

“Love you, Luke.”

Calum:

“So this is Hayden,” Calum holds the one year old baby carefully in his arms.

“He looks like you,” you smile at the two boys.

“I really appreciate you watching him. Thank you so much,” Calum leans in for a kiss.

Hayden squeals, raising his arms out for you.

You laugh, taking him gently.

It’s Calum’s turn to smile at you two now.

“It’s no problem, Calum. I can tell we’re going to get along just great.”
