'Do you think I could find Leara and apologize?' Toboe asks. "After the stunt you pulled the other day, I doubt she'd want to be anywhere near you. probably call a hunter to kill you." Tsume says. 'Leara wouldn't do that!' Toboe says. "You never know kid. Humans are capable of many things. Trust me on that." I say remembering the many fights I was forced into. 'Well I'm going, I want to see her again!' Toboe says. "Fine, go! See if I care, you can go with him, I didn't sign up for babysitting." Tsume says and throws a burger at us. "You're acting like a child, throwing a temper-tantrum, a burger, really? I mean honestly, what a waste of food. Also, I planned on leaving as soon as I healed, I can't stand your attitude, and kid; do whatever you want, but don't say we didn't warn you. I'm living proof that humans can't be trusted. These wounds didn't appear out of nowhere." I say. The kid walks out of the ruined building we used as refuge last night. I look at Tsume. "Look, obviously something happened to you to make you the way you are, but word of advice, there's going to come a time when you need help, and when that day comes, no one is going to care because of the way you treated them. Stop punishing us for the mistake of another." I say. "You don't know what the hell you're talking about!" Tsume says angrilly. "I know alot more than you think. It's written all over your face and actions. Not only that, but you're eyes give you away. You want friendship but you don't think you deserve it. Whatever happened in your past, doesn't need to affect you now. Think about that." I say. He says nothing, just walks away. I roll my eyes and lay back down. I didn't really rest a whole lot last night, my wounds wouldn't allow me to get comfortable, so I spent most of the night licking them. I decide to take a nap, since my wounds weren't too bad. Something makes me wake up an hour later. I smelt blood, so I got up, and followed the scent. It led me out and to the side of the ruined building. Tsume was leaning against the wall, breathing heavily like he had ran, a fresh wound was on his shoulder, along with a few claw marks on his side and leg. I run over to him. "What the hell happened?" I ask and try to help him up. "Back off! I don't need any help." he snaps and starts to sit up straight, but falls back against the wall. "Right, could've fooled me." I say and swing his good arm around my shoulders, in spite of his protests and growls. I act as his support, as we walk into the ruined building again. Once we're safely inside, I lower him into a sitting position. He bites back a groan as I accidentally hit a wound. "Sorry about that." I say. "Anyone follow you?" I ask. "I don't think so, I think I lost them." he says. "They probably fell back to regroup. You rest, I'll keep watch." I say and sit in the windowsill. "How did you get those wounds? You never said how." he says. I'm silent for a while. So is he. "Fighting Arena." is all I say. "Jesus..." he says.
