Kiba's P.O.V.
We continued to walk towards our destination. I stop and look to Hige. "Hige?" I ask. "Kiba...how can you still want me with you? I betrayed you guys, and I'm terrified that I might do that again." he says. "Whatever it is you might do to us now, I would never think of it as a betrayal. No matter what it is Hige, I'll just accept it. When I think you're trying to kill me, then we'll fight." I say, give him a wry smile, before turning forward, and walking on. "Ok. I'll hold you to that." Hige says before walking too.
Tsume's P.O.V.
"Look at you, I didn't realize how big you've grown. When I first met you, I didn't think I'd seen such a scrawny little pup. I knew back then that you were a sucker for humans but...I guess I never really understood how much they meant to you til now. I don't know, maybe I was jealous. Are you listening Toboe? You once asked me how I got this scar on my chest. Do you remember? This mark, is a reminder of my sin." I say. "I ran, my friends were being slaughtered, and I abandoned them. They knew what I'd done, and banished me from the back. I didn't need any friends, I never trusted them. All I ever did was betray the people around me. Until I met the four of you. I wanted...to take you to Paradise. You were the one, who brought me all the way here..." I say. 'Come on Tsume, let's go!' 'I believed in you.' 'I won't whine anymore, and I won't run away.' His words played in my head over and over. "Yeah, I know kid. I know." I think out loud as a trail of tears fall down my face. A couple of cool fingers wipe away the tears. I turn towards Yuna with a small smile. She pulls me to her, as if to shelter me from any more sadness. After a few moments, she lets me go, and we stand hand-in-hand. "Old man, take care of the runt for us. See you." I say, turn, and start walking in the direction of the others. Yuna stops and squats next to Toboe to pet him. "I'm so proud of you Toboe. Don't ever forget that." she says and stands once again. "See you in Paradise Toboe, You, Tsume, and myself. So wait for us." she says and nods to me. I nod back and we walk away.
Hub's P.O.V.
I stop to catch my breath. We all had climbed at least half way up the mountain, even though there was a trail, it was still rocky. "Am I the only one, having trouble breathing?" I ask. "No, we all are." Hige says. "I think it's because we're so high up." Blue says. I had taken the liberty of actually learning the names, so I didn't refer to them as wolf 1, 2, and 3. "We're almost there. The Tree of Old Seeds is just up ahead waiting for us." Cheza says. The wolves and Cheza start walking again. I still am trying to catch my breath. Finally after a few more deep breaths, I walk on. We finally reach a clearing, littered with old tree branches and a single huge tree in the middle. Cheza climb the trees large roots until stopping a few feet off the ground. "The Tree of Old Seeds has been alive all this time. It's felt the world's pain. But no longer, you can breath freely now." Cheza says before placing her hand against the tree. The tree begins to glow until it's entire body glows, until many different colors light up the sky to reveal the Northern Lights. "We thank you." Cheza says before taking her hand away. The tree freezes solid in mere seconds, and she walks down the roots. I'm amazed by the lights as I back up, trying to see them all, that's when my hand comes in contact with something. I look to find a Crest I knew too well. "The Darcia family crest." I say before digging into my jacket for the book Cher had left me. "The Tower of The Seal. That's what this place is. According to the Book of The Moon, The Nobles Built this place in order to seal off the wolves' Paradise." I say. "Seal? The seal is broken. That's what he said to me. His face, he was starting to turn into a wolf." Kiba says. "You mean Darcia?" I ask. "One of his eyes are Gold, it's a wolf's eye. He could see it, he knew Jagara's Paradise wasn't real. So he gave up on trying to go there himself. He wants ours, that's why he's trying to become a wolf." Kiba says. "And what if, he opens Paradise first?" Blue asks. "Then our future will be lost." Kiba says. "Hey, in that book, is there any description on what Paradise is like?" Blue asks. "I've checked, but there's nothing. It should say at the end, but the last page is blank." I say. "There it is, the first mountain." Cheza says and points to the north. "That is the entrance to Paradise." she says. We set off and soon, we're climbing the bottom of the mountain. Cheza gets tired so Kiba puts her on his back and starts jumping from place to place, quickly getting higher by the second. I was still trying to get over the bottom, while the other wolves followed with ease. I somehow manage to get over that spot in the mountain, and now climbed up even more, but I was still a bit behind. Hige looks over the edge of a cliff a few feet above me. "Hey mister, you alright?" he asks. I look at him and smile to hide my exhaustion. "Yeah, fine. Go ahead, don't worry about me. I'll be up there before you know it." I say. "Just up ahead is a ledge you can rest on." is the last thing Hige says before disappearing. I start to climb again but the lights catch my attention. "It's so beautiful. Cher, can you see that?" I think out loud before I am forced out of my musings by the mountain shaking violently. My foot slips and I fall.
Kiba's P.O.V.
At the sound of a man screaming, Cheza starts. The rest of us look towards the cliff's edge, knowing who's scream it was.

I held onto an edge of a cliff for dear life. "Hey!" Hige yells down to me. "Don't let go!" Kiba yells. "So much, for the tough talking human. I guess, I won't make it, to Paradise after all. It's too bad, I wanted...to see this through...with you guys...til the end...but this...is as far...as I can...go..." I say. "No! You've gotta hang on!" Kiba says before making a move to get me. "Stay there! Don't come down! It's ok. I'm not...afraid of dying. You wolves...will open up the next world for us...I believe that now, more than anything...I guess...I didn't need the gun after all..." I say before letting go of the cliff.
Yuna's P.O.V.
Tsume and I continued to climb the cliff that the others were on. We managed to catch up pretty quickly. As we're jumping from rock to rock almost at the half way point, we see the human male falling. I gasp in shock while Tsume tries to reach out for the human, but is unable to catch him. The human's eyes meet mine, and a small smile shows on his face. I knew why he smiled. He wanted to go meet his woman again. As he slips from our view, a few minutes later, all we hear is a loud slam. I look over the edge, seeing that the human was still alive but covered in his blood, he had slammed his head against the rock, and blood coated his hair and the rock. But even so, he reaches into his pocket, pulling out a cigar, before grabbing the scarf and smelling it. His hand and body goes limp. I stand and look at Tsume. We sigh and look up towards the others. He was gone.
