"Yuna, what are you thinking about?" Toboe asks looking at me. "What do you mean?" I ask confused. "You haven't spoken in a while. Is something the matter?" he asks. "No, I'm fine, I was just thinking, like you said. Don't worry so much." I say smiling and looking back at Cheza and Kiba. "Hmph." Tsume says. I look at him. "Tell me Tsume, why do you always act so mean and indifferent?" Hige asks. Tsume looks at him and quickly glances at me. If only you knew Hige... "Eh, whatever. Don't bother answering that. You know, now that I think about it. Cheza's really not my type." Hige says. "Why not? She has legs and walks, why isn't she your type?" I ask. Tsume shows a faint smirk at that. Toboe laughs while Hige glares at me. I shrug it off and look around. "I wonder what these ruins use to be...hopefully there isn't another machine." I think outloud. "I hope not, that thing was scary..." Toboe says. "This one was waiting for you. This one was born right in this place for that reason." Cheza says. She stops, turns to her left, and runs into a hole in the wall. "Everybody! This one's home!" she calls out but stops. I walk to her left, while Kiba is to her right. She had a sad expression in her eyes. "Oh my...there is...no one here anymore...they all...withered and died..." she says, lowers to the ground, and hugs her knees to her chest. "Cheza..." I say trailing off and lowering down next to her. "This one...is the only one left..." she says. Gunshots echo through the walls. Hige and Toboe run in to where we are. "Kiba we're in serious trouble, I smell humans all over the place!" Hige says. "I think we're surrounded!" Toboe says. I raise up. "Another machine?" I ask. Tsume runs in soon after stoping a few feet away from Cheza. Accusations ran through his eyes. Cheza looks at him, sensing his emotions. Kiba steps infront of her. "No, it wasn't her." he says. "Come on guys we don't have time for this! We have to escape!" Toboe says. "What do you mean escape? We're surrounded! Where the hell are we suppose to go?!" Hige asks. Cheza raises herself and Kiba turns to her. "Cheza?" I ask looking at her. Wordlessly she starts walking further into the place, Kiba follows, while I stare at them and back to Tsume and the others. "Where are you going?!" Tsume calls out. "Didn't you hear what I said?!" Hige calls after. I turn back to Cheza and Kiba. "Yuna?" Tsume asks. I look to him. "I...I think we should follow her..." I say. "What?" he asks. "Are you sure?" Hige asks. I nod and run after them. "W-What do we do?!" Toboe asks. "We don't have much of a choice!" Tsume says running in the opposite direction. I stop and look back at them. What is he thinking?! "Ugh! Kiba's lost it this time." Hige says following Tsume. "Kiba wait for me!" Toboe says passing me. I look from the direction Cheza and Kiba went, to Tsume and Hige's direction, and back to Kiba and Cheza's. I'm gonna kill him. I run after Tsume and Hige.
Tsume's P.O.V.
What the hell is she thinking? If we follow Cheza and Kiba we're sure to get killed! Dammit Yuna... A gunman was firing at us, I rush over and kill him, while Hige attacks another. We faught them off one by one until we made it to the center of the ruins. An entire horde of them surrounded the circular room from top to bottom. I grit my teeth. There's too many of them...dammit, where'd they all come from?! They fired all at once, making Hige and I hide behind a broken wall. "Man, look at all those guys!" Hige says just as Yuna comes out of nowhere and slams me against the wall. "What the hell were you thinking?! Are you trying to get yourself killed?! How stupid can you two be?!" she asks furiously. My eyes were wide but I keep my mouth shut. "Both of you are coming whether you like it or not, now let's go!" she yells. Hige flinches at her tone. I narrow my eyes at her and she glares right back. A few more gunshots echo through the place. "Get moving." she says to me. I know I'm not gonna win this fight with her. "Dammit." I say, get up, and start running in the direction she had came. Hige and her follow. Damn she-wolf.
Kiba's P.O.V.
"Where's Yuna?!" Toboe asks looking around. "What do you mean, she's right th--" I cut off mid sentence when I look back and find she was gone. "She was just there, where the hell did she go?" I ask as I look around. "Yuna went to find the others." Cheza speaks up, turning towards us. "What?" I ask. "What if she gets hurt o-or killed?" Toboe asks looking behind himself. "Do not worry, This One knows Yuna and the others will be fine." she says smiling and motions us to follow her. "This way." she says and starts walking. I walk back to her side and Toboe follows. A gunsman shows up out of nowhere and points his gun at us. I push Cheza behind me, growl, and launch at him. He falls to the ground. Another comes from a different path, and I deal with him too. Toboe was guarding Cheza by hiding in a wedged space. Gunshots missed them everytime. There was two other gunmen a few feet away. But there was no way I could get to them without being killed. Now what? All the sudden their gunshots stopped. What the? I look towards them to find Yuna, Tsume, and Hige standing above their dead bodies. Yuna was pretending to check her nails, Tsume held a knife in his hand, and Hige was clapping his hands together, acting like he was taking dirt off of them. They all look at us and jump over the humans bodies. "We're totally screwed, they've got that entire end blocked off!" Hige says. "What do we do, if we left her here we could get away." Tsume says. My eyes widen. "Forget it!" I say. "Not gonna happen." Yuna says. I glare at Tsume, Hige's eyes were wide, and Yuna crosses her arms over her chest. We all were silent. "Guys!" Toboe calls breaking the silence. We all face him while he motions for us to follow into another pathway. "Let's go." Yuna says before running after Toboe. We follow soon after.
