You woke up to Loki holding you in his arms. He was already awake, and he looked down at you.

"Are you alright?" He questioned.

"What do you mean?" You sat up giving him your attention.

"I thought you were having a nightmare."

"No. At least... I don't think so. Maybe I did, and I just don't remember." You frowned.

"Well it doesn't matter now. Any possible nightmares are locked away as the sun rises." He smiled kissing your cheek.

"Indeed."

"How about we have breakfast on the balcony today?"

You shook your head. "I don't really want breakfast, but I'll sit out there with you."

You and Loki got up walking out to the balcony. You sat beside him as he ate, and you closed your eyes. You enjoyed the warmth of the sun, and breathed in the crisp air.

"Darling, are you sure you're not hungry? It's just, I have this weird feeling that you're hungry, but you're not telling me." Loki turned to you.

"No. I'm quite alright actually. I promise, if I were hungry I would tell you." You nodded taking one if his hands in yours.

"That is very weird y/n. I keep... sensing these things, and they turn out to be false. It's odd because it sounds like you're talking to me through your mind."

"No. Oh Loki, we haven't talked to each other through our minds in ages. We should begin again especially in Thor's meetings." You giggled.

"You have a point." Loki also laughed.

When he finished breakfast, you and Loki got dressed. You grumbled as you put on the dress. You never quite liked dresses. You were thinking about just wearing pants that looked closer to the Asgardian attire.

You walked out where Loki was waiting for you. He wrapped his arm around your waist as you both walked around the palace. Guards, maids, and other nobles greeted you a good morning, and you and Loki would always respond.

"I love you too." Loki spoke to you.

You stopped and looked to Loki. "Loki, I love you too, but I didn't say anything. I... I didn't even use my mind to talk to you."

"Really? Why do I keep hearing you when you you don't speak?"

"I don't know, but I think we both know someone who might."

"Mum."

You nodded , and you both located where Frigga was. She was in her own garden. When she noticed you both, she stopped gardening and walked to you both.

"Hello my children."

"Hello mother." Loki smiled kissing her cheek.

"So what's wrong?" She asked.

"How did you know something was wrong?"

"Loki, I am your mother. I am supposed to know when things are wrong."

"Of course. Well, something odd has been happening every now and then. I keep hearing y/n. I'll ask her about it, but she says she never says anything. We just don't know what it is."

Frigga's eyes went wide and she gasped. "Could the day finally be?"

Frigga grabbed your hand and began to walk you out of the garden. You looked back to Loki, and he just began to follow you both. He eventually was by your side once more.
