This is a continuation of You're not... Afraid?

You got up and got ready for today. You selected an emerald green dress, because you learned green was Loki's favorite color. Once you were content with how you looked you went down your stairs to the main floor of the library, and grabbed the books Loki had requested. You slipped on your cloak, and locked up the library as you went to Loki's room.

You excitedly knocked on his door, and he didn't take long to open the door. His face lit up with excitement, and his red eyes sparkled. You smiled and hugged him after you walked in and he shut the door.

"Hello y/n."

"Hello Loki. I brought the books you asked for." You pulled out the books setting them on the table.

"Thank you." He returned the smile and went out to his private balcony.

You followed suit standing beside him.

"This is one of the good things about being confined here. I at least can see the sun rise and set every day, and the view is captivating." He turned around looking to you.

"It truly is." You grabbed his hand squeezing it.

"I'm so glad I can hold you y/n (nothing dirty). I'm assuming it's because I'm half human or Asguardian. I'm not sure, but either way I'm thankful." He moved closer to you looking to you with such compassion.

"Me too." You softly spoke.

"I guess there are several reasons to be glad I'm here and not in Joutenheim. It's so warm here, and I like the vivid colors. Also if I was in Joutenheim, I wouldn't be able to see you everyday. My day really wouldn't be as bright if I couldn't see you." He whispered.

You're cheeks were on fire. You shuffled on your feet as you looked out on the horizon. Then you looked to Loki again, and you had an idea. You let go of his hand and found his cloak. You grabbed it and handed it to Loki.

"Why do I need my cloak?" He asked.

"Put it on, and you'll find out." You grined.

He did as you asked then laughed, "What is the purpose of this?"

"You'll see just give me your hand."

He smiled extending his hand to you. You took it and looked to him. Then you focused on the beach that no one went to except you. Then you teleported both of you there.

Loki looked around the beach in shock. Then he looked at the waves as they lapped on the shore, and the sun as it slowly began to set. He remained speechless as he continued to look at the horizon.

You still held onto his hand and squeezed it as he looked ever on.

"Why don't we take off our shoes so you can actually feel the water."

He nodded taking off his shoes as did you. Then you took off his cloak.

"There now I can really see you." You smiled, "don't worry no one comes down here, and no one really knows about it. I don't even think Odin knows if it."

He nodded again, and you lead him to the water. You both walked in, and you were surprised he didn't accidentally freeze the water. You weren't sure how he did it, but he did.

He laughed loving the feeling of the salty water and sand passing through his toes. He loved the feeling of the salt air blow through his growing locks of ebony black hair. After a while you both walked on the beach again, and you sat down with him.

"Here's the best part. The sunset." You whispered.

He watched as the sun set, and he sighed once it was completely gone. Then you teleported the both of you back to his room back on the balcony. He remained looking out to the horizon he'd just stood closer to than he ever had before.

"You've been awfully quiet today Loki. Is everything alright? Is something bothering you?" You walked to him again after putting his cloak up again.

"I love you." He whispered turning his attention to you.

You were shocked, but you didn't say anything. Instead, you went closer to him wrapping your arms around his neck pulling him close to you as you placed a kiss to his icy soft lips. He closed his eyes and placed one of his hands on your cheek as the other wrapped around your waist. You tangled your hands in his hair.

Eventually you both broke the kiss and connected your foreheads. "I love you too Snowflake." You giggled at the nickname you gave him.

Then he pulled away looking to you. "Where do we go from here? How do we make this work darling?"

"We'll make it work Loki. We've made our friendship work without being discovered and our relationship won't be any different." You grabbed both his hands looking into his eyes, "Well it will be different, but we can make work... Together."

He smiled, "Together." Then he kissed the tops of both of your hands.

You giggled kissing him shortly one more time. "I'll see you tomorrow snowflake."

"My heart already misses you." He smiled as you walked to the door.

"As does mine." You whispered opening the door looking to him one last time.

"I love you Loki."

"I love you too y/n. Have a merriment of sweet dreams."

You nodded shutting the door behind you slipping on you're cloak as you headed back to your apartment of sorts above the library. You sighed dreamily after you finished putting on your nightgown.

That night you and Loki both had sweet dreams and were undisturbed by any nightmares.

You were young and in love, and you didn't mind it one bit, and neither did Loki.
