Loki and you were enthralled to know you were having a little girl. Since the reveal, you both had begun to pick out clothes, toys, furniture, and more stuffed animals.

This time around, Frigga told you both about the baby shower. You both were excited to see everyone from Earth again since it was strongly suggested against travelling. They even planned on staying for a few weeks.

Since you knew your friends would be arriving, you got as close to the bifrost as you could. Loki and you were at the end of the bridge where it met the actual ground, and Varian and Viggo sat beside you. You didn't think you could make it a quarter of the way down the bridge. Loki thought it would be safer to stay off the bridge anyway.

You leaned your head on Loki's shoulder and closed your eyes.

"Are you sleepy love? We can sit under the gazebo until they all arrive." He rubbed your back and kissed the top of your head.

"I appreciate it, but I'm fine. I'm just resting my eyes."

"How about you go sit at the gazebo, and I'll get mother. Thor isn't here yet. He didn't tell me where he was off to, but I need to go get some guards, horsemen, and several carriages for everyone."

You opened your eyes to see panic in his eyes. You turned to him rubbing his arm. "Everything will be alright Loki. I promise. If it soothes you, I'll go to the gazebo and wait for your mom. You can get everything in order, but you better go right to the gazebo when you're through alright? I think our baby girl knows when her father is gone too long." You smiled.

Loki's worried look faded away, and he smiled. "Alright darling. I promise I won't be too long."

He kissed you sweetly before heading off. Viggo and Varian trotted by you as you slowly made it to the gazebo. Frigga was already there, and she got up to help you sit down.

"Thanks Frigga."

She sat down in front of you and shook her head smiling. "How many times am going to tell you that you can call me Mum or Mom?"

"I know. I'm sorry."

"It's alright dear. Now how are you feeling?"

"I'm just a bit tired, but I'm fine other than that. Loki and I are going to the healers for a check-up the day after the baby shower."

She nodded, and Loki had returned. He sat beside you and rubbed your back. It didn't take long for a guard to appear and tell you all that your friends arrived. Loki helped you up and led you back to where you were originally standing.

Everyone greeted the three of you, and some of the boys insisted that you sit in the carriage. The girls talked about what was happening back on Earth. You often missed your home on Earth, but you knew it was safe because of the force field. You wondered if you should ask one of your friends to check on your house every now and then, but you put it aside.

You slowly got out of the carriage and began to show the girls to their rooms since they knew the main areas. Thankfully Loki teleported everyone's luggage to their rooms.

Loki was still showing the boys their rooms so you went to your home to take a nap. Loki had sent Viggo and Varian back. When you opened the door, they both ran up to you. You greeted them, and you fed them some treats.

You put on some pyjamas and waddled to the bed. You laid down and closed your eyes, happy to be getting some rest. You were almost asleep when you felt Loki lie down.

"Hello love. Hello baby." He whispered wrapping his arm around you to place it on you stomach. You placed your hand on top of his, and he moved closer to you. You slightly opened your eyes and turned your head to see Loki. He rubbed your stomach with his thumb, and you smiled closing your eyes.

Then you opened your eyes because you felt your baby girl kick. You looked Loki, and his smile widened.

"Her first kick. Darling, I know she hasn't talked, but most babies don't. It is natural though for them to kick. Our baby is going to be healthy and just as beautiful as you."

You smiled feeling much better after hearing what Loki said. He knew you had been growing worried when neither of you could hear her talk, so his words comforted you. You closed your eyes again and intertwined your hand with his.

"I hope she has your eyes Snowflake." You whispered.

You felt him kiss the top of your head, and soon you fell asleep. When you woke up, you noticed it was getting dark outside. You got up to see Loki on the balcony sitting with Viggo and Varian. You went to him placing your hand on his shoulder.

"My princess, now that we've had a restful nap, are you ready to have dinner with our friends?"

You nodded, and Loki got up placing a kiss on your lips. You changed into some new clothes, and when you were finished, Loki and you walked to the dinning hall.

Everyone spent most of dinner time catching Loki and you up on what was happening in their lives. Then, you and Loki caught them up on your lives, and you told them how the baby kicked.

They all were excited for the baby shower, and so were you and Loki. When everyone finished their food, several of them touched your stomach to see if the baby would kick again.

The next day arrived, and you knew Loki wouldn't be home. The baby shower would be later on in the day. You both mainly decided to have the shower later because Loki was taking the responsibilities of Thor since he was gone.

You slowly got up and got dressed deciding you'd go to the gardens. You made your way and brought a book and basket that you placed in one of the gazebos.

You went to one of the small fountains and trimmed the flowers near it. You picked a few as well to keep at home. After tending to the flowers, you sat under the gazebo and began to read your book.

You finished reading mainly because you wanted something to eat. You grabbed your book and basket of flowers. You walked down the corridors, but you froze.

Loki was talking to you telepathically, "Y/n, I need you to get to the house. I don't have time to explain."

You didn't question him, and you tried to get home as quickly as you could, which of course wasn't very fast. You were so close to the house, but someone stepped in front of you.

It was a woman with dark hair in a dark suit of sorts. She almost looked like Loki.

She didn't even seem to care. You saw her pull out a sword, and you realized why Loki wanted you to get home.

Time seemed to blur when you realized she had thrown the sword. You fell to the ground not feeling pain, but when you looked down you saw where the sword landed, and you began to cry.

Everything began to go in patches. It was like a light-switch was being turned on and off. You could see Steve, Clint, Sam and Wanda trying to fight the woman. Then, you wouldn't be able to see anything. Then you saw Loki. He had to have been carrying you.

"Love... Y/n everything is going to be alright. Just... Just stay with me alright. I need you to stay awake." He tried to smile as he looked ahead.

You knew you wouldn't be able to stay awake much longer so you said the only thing you knew to say. "Loki, I love you... But you need to.... You need to make sure our baby girl is okay before me. Can... Can you promise me?"

You felt a tear land on your cheek. "I promise... My princess."

When you heard him promise, you found everything fade to black. You only hoped that everything would be well especially for your baby because you and Loki already loved her so much.
