The week was coming to a close, and Loki had become terribly weary. Y/n was to sign the peace treaty the day she left, and he didn't want her to leave. He'd grown so attached to her, and she grew attached to him.

Most days she only spent with Loki, and Frigga was happy that her son had finally found someone that saw him for who he was. Today, y/n and Loki were having tea with his mother.  Y/n went to go get more cookies, and Frigga smiled at Loki.

"You are quite smitten with her aren't you?"

She noticed the blush that tinted his cheeks as he slightly nodded. "Yes mother. I am. Do you think... Do you think she feels the same way?"

"I do. I think you would be lovely together my dear. You know, to see if she truly loves you, you should show her your true form."

"M.. mother... I. I.. I cannot."

"Why? Loki, there is nothing wrong with your true form. If she loves you, it will show. It will prove that you never were, or will be a monster like your father made to believe." She firmly spoke grabbing his hand squeezing it in affirmation.

"I... Maybe I will." He looked down wondering what he would do.

Then y/n walked back with additional desserts. She took her seat beside Loki and took his hand. They all finished their tea and desserts and helped clean up.

Loki and y/n walked to the gardens, and Loki still pondered about what his mother had told him. When he thought about it, Loki hadn't seen himself in his Jotun form since he was little. Of course the only ones who knew were his family, but now he wondered if he should tell her.

He truly was falling in love with her, and maybe one day he would find himself asking her to be his wife. However, he'd rather her know his secret now than later on when they were married and she possibly gave birth to a blue baby. Then, he got sidetracked. He imagined a world in which they were married and had a child. He could care less if he was a king or some commoner. He just loved that every day he got to spend with her and their child, maybe even children.

"Loki..."

"Yes darling?" He broke out of his trance.

"I didn't mean to break you out of your thoughts, but I wanted to umm ask you a question." She looked down before returning her gaze to him.

"Of course, what is it?" He smiled.

"Well, I was wondering if after I signed the treaty, you would like to accompany me back to Ocrey? I would love for my people to get to know you as someone representing Asgard as well as.... As well as the man I'm slowly... Falling in love with." She turned to face him holding both of his hands now.

His eyes widened at her confession of feelings towards him. His eyes lit up, and his smile widened even moreso. Then he frowned.

"What... What's wrong?"

"Y/n I... I want to tell you. No, I want to show you something. I trust you to tell no one. My family are the only ones that know."

Before she could say anything, he began to turn to his Jotun form. She watched as his skin turned blue and forest green eyes turned a dark crimson red. He was glad that he couldn't burn her since he wasn't completely Jotun.

"This is it y/n. I'm part Jotun."

"Loki, I'm honored that you trust me with your secret, and I promise to tell no one else. I think you look just as handsome. This changes nothing, nor does it change the way I feel about you. You are by far, one of the best beings I've ever had the honor of meeting. Sure, I haven't had the opportunity to meet many, but"
