21: "y'all are so in love"

"whats going on?" brendon asked.

it was the next day and i was crying on jessica.
"she's worried about school" she told him.
"oh god i forgot about that" he said. i sniffled, getting his attention. "hey" he sat down next to me. "we'll take things slow. you won't go back straight away. okay?" he cradled me into his arms and held me close.
"i'll get you something to drink" jessica kissed my head and left the room.

"i was thinking a while ago. tours over. im on a year break. maybe you should stay home till you're 17" he said. "you're 16 in a month. spend your final year in school and then college if you want.okay?" i nodded. he gave me a hug. "its okay. you'll be okay" he wiped my tears. "so...how are you and your girlfriend?" he teased me. i scoffed causing him
to laugh. "for real though"
"she's...the best" i wiped my tears.
"y'all are so in love" he hugged me again. "you're actually growing up" he chuckled. "never though it'd happen" he added.
"what if we break up?" i quivered.
"i don't think you will. its been two years. you guys have been through a lot together. plus you worry unnecessarily...not your fault but its true"

jessica came back with some iced water.
"she does, doesn't she?" she sat next to me and put the water on my desk.
"you good?" she asked. i nodded. "we're gonna go make out for a bit. see you in ten minuets" she said to brendon. he just smiled fondly and she pulled me to the closet. i looked at him and signalled a "fuck yeah!"
