Why don't I recognize him? Ok it's getting awkward I don't really know the guy and I'm just staring at him trying to remember who he is.
"Are you going to give me your number...? or?" He looks really good and he said something about high school and he knew my name. Should I give him my number? I don't know..

"Jeez ok, I got the hint. Bye" he says and he starts walking. "NO" I scream. Oh shit. Everyone is looking at me. I smile in shame and I go to that guy. He turn around looking at me. I add my number in and I call myself so I'll have the number too. 'Adam' my phone rings.. who the fuck is Adam...? why do I have this guy's number...? Oh My God! No way.. that's Adam? He looks so good now. Holy shit!
Oh my god. I can't act like I just realized who he is... act normal. Just breath...
"Here" I say, trying to sound normal. But oh my god!!! Adam Joffrey just asked me out, I mean, sort of. I'm starting to blush.. this is crazy!
"I'll call you" He says smiling. He walks out of the café and I go back to my station. I can't believe this just happened.. oh my god.
After my shift at about 11 I go back home, when I get home I see Shawn on the couch with his boxers watching TV. I will never get used to see him just being here around. It's weird. And now he looks so much better and he is so tall and such a grown up. I don't remember him like this, it's so weird..
"How was work?" He asks making me a place to sit next to him.
"It was ok..." I say sitting down next to him. "The weirdest thing just happened to me today" I say. "Ok.." Shawn says turning the TV off. "This guy.. that at first I didn't even recognize came over and took my phone number, I mean.. now I know who he is.. I know him from high school.. but at first I had no idea who he is. I was a bit scared at first but now I'm relaxed.. I had a huge crush on him for like a year.. I can't believe he asked me out" I say. Oh my god... I look over and I forgot I wasn't talking to a friend... this is Shawn. Oh my god. This is so embarrassing!! I can't believe I just talked to him like I'm talking to Brittney.. all over some guy I barley know.
Shawn looks embarrassed. "So that's good." He says. What the hell is that supposed to even mean? Whatever. "So What did you do when I was at work? Did you and Lucas go out or something?" I ask. "Nah actually I went over to my parents... I wanted to see them and just you know, to be with Aaliyah.. I didn't see her for awhile.. we FaceTime sometimes but it's not the same as actually seeing the person and hugging him. You know?" He asks. "Yeah.. I totally get it. So did you have fun with her?" I ask. "Yeah we went to the park and we just talked and hanged.. it was fun. I missed doing that with her" he says. "Cool" I say.
"Hi" I got a text from Adam. I immediately smiled. "What is it?" Shawn looks at me. "Hi there" I text him back "Hm? Nothing" I say. I put my phone on the table and I look at Shawn. I can't believe I talked to him about Adam. I'm so stupid. My phone buzzes and Shawn looks at me and I'm looking at my phone. "Is that the guy you told me about?" He asks.. "Uh.." I say talking my phone and looking "are you free tomorrow night?" He texts me.. "sure" I text him back. "Sorry what did you say?" I ask Shawn. "Nothing. Never mind" he says turning the TV back on. And I go to my room as I see Adam is typing..
