Calum watches as a sequence of his dream plays before him. He sees a young woman running from something as she quickly opens her car door after she's seated in the front seat she shuts the door with a bang. She drives rapidly but notices another car following her; and it's quickly catching up to her. The woman needs to make a stop as she might have an accident if she continues driving at the speed she's currently driving at. She sees an abandoned old mansion nearby and quickly stops running towards it. Eek the door squeaks cause of it's rusty hinges as she's getting inside the house. The thing that was chasing her makes it into the house. The woman runs up the stairs but she's not fast enough. Calum recognises the thing that was chasing her. He'll recognise that face anywhere; it was Valley. Calum now saw Valley tearing into the woman's neck as violent as a predator would. Valley was the predator and that woman was her prey. Ahh the woman screams as Valley drains the blood out of her body. Calum feels sorry for this woman even though he doesn't even know her. Calum can't even do anything to help her which makes him feel terrible. Valley drags the woman's lifeless body out of the abandoned house. She leaves the body on the last step of the stairs leading to the entrance of the house. Valley then walks around the garden and goes to the shed. She then comes out of the shed with a shovel. She finds a patch of mud and begins digging. It takes a few hours and then the pit in the ground is deep enough. She then goes back to the body and drags it by the arms and throws it into the pit she just dug. She then starts covering it up using the mud on the sides. Then once she's done she drives the woman's car back to where they were when the woman was running.

Calum wakes up confused. That was a dream but it felt like he was there as each stage of this dream was playing out. Like he was there and witnessed someone being murdered but couldn't do anything. Calum is furious. He hates what Valley did to that woman. She had her whole life to live for. Her family probably don't even know she's dead. This breaks Calum's heart. Calum feels a rage bubbling up inside of him. He decides he needs to confront Valley about this. He knows this really happened and he doesn't need much proof. A thing that Calum noticed from his dream was the fact that some of the noises during this sequence of his dream were noises he'd heard over and over recently.

Calum goes to his kitchen and picks up a sharp knife from his cutlery draw. He then takes his jacket from near his door and slips the knife in his pocket. "Guys, I'm gonna go to the nightclub I'll see you all later" Calum tells his friends while putting his jacket on. "See you later" the three of them say together. Calum basically storms out the door. "Oh Calum don't do anything stupid" Darren says. "Shut up!" Calum replies to Darren annoyed. "Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed" he responds. Calum ignores him.

As soon Calum reaches the nightclub he goes to the bar. He finds that Valley is working her shift as he had expected. "I need to talk to you" he tells her. "Go on" she replies. "Not here, in private" he responds. "I can't I'm working" she responds. "Can't you trade shifts with someone?" Calum questions. "No I've done that too much recently" she answers. "Ugh fine, meet me outside at the back of this place when you're done" he mutters. "Oh and just give me my usual" he adds. "Alright" she replies pouring his drink for him and passing him the glass.

He goes to the table and sips his drink slowly not wanting to order another one. He knows if he drinks too much he'll do something more stupid then he initially planned to be doing and he doesn't want that to happen. He waits for ages having taking his time with his first drink and going on his phone and all. Finally Valley finishes her shift. Calum goes outside to the back of the nightclub and waits for Valley to show up.

It doesn't take very long for Valley to reach the back of the nightclub. "What's up?" She asks when she sees him sitting down on the concrete border surrounding a tree. "Did you murder someone recently?" Calum questions her. "What? No" She answers. He gives her a look of disbelief. "You don't believe me?" She asks. "Don't play dumb, you don't think I've figured out that you're not human?" Calum asks. "Oh, so you know I'm a vampire?" she replies with a question. Calum nods to answer her. "It's not that obvious" she responds. "Yeah it's not, I just had a dream about you" Calum tells her. "Aww you had a dream about me" she replies. "Don't act so flattered it was more of a nightmare to be honest" Calum responds.

Both Valley and Calum stay silent for a while. "So, what happened in this dream?" Valley asks breaking the silence. "Well you were chasing a woman and you eventually caught her and drained her blood in an abandoned house and then you buried her body in the garden and drove her car back to where you found her from like nothing happened" Calum replies his tone a mix of sympathy and rage. "What?!" Valley asks surprised. Calum gives her a weird look. "It was a dream but it didn't feel like a dream" Calum suddenly says. "That actually happened!" Valley says proudly not even a bit ashamed of herself. "It's disgusting how you say that like you've just won a prize or something" Calum replies in a tone of disappointment. "I did, her blood" she replies. "You're sick!" Calum shouts scrunching his face in disgust. "You don't even feel a little guilty about murdering  her?" Calum questions her. "No I don't feel guilty" she replies to him.

"How do you not feel guilty after killing someone?!" Calum asks annoyed and confused at what Valley replied to him. "You just took someone's life away from them something you can never ever give back to them!" He adds still annoyed with her. "Plus she probably had so much to live for!" He adds continuing to be annoyed with her. What Calum had told her made her furious. "If you were a vampire I bet you wouldn't do any better!" she replies to his rage with more rage. "Well I'm not a vampire and I wouldn't kill anyone even if I was one!" he responds to her in an annoyed tone. "I don't think that's true but I guess we'll have to find out won't we?" She tells him within a second she's up near his neck ready to attack.

"WHAT THE HELL?!" Calum shouts slowly backing away from Valley. As he moves she does too. "STAY AWAY FROM ME!" Calum continues shouting. She then bites her wrist using her fangs making it bleed. She then shoves her wrist in front of Calum's mouth he tries pushing it away but she puts more pressure on it making it difficult for him to get her wrist away from his mouth and keeps it there until she's sure he's got some of her blood in his system. "Step one to becoming a vampire complete" she mutters. Calum gives Valley a death stare. She cackles at him. "STOP IT!" he shouts. "No" she replies.

She then creeps up near his neck and digs her fangs into it. "AHH!" He screams. He keeps trying to nudge her away from his neck but it seems like it's no use. "Stop!" he somewhat shouts his voice slowly becoming weaker. "Darren's gonna kill you" He mutters to Valley just before passing out. Darren then appears at the scene. Valley pauses trying to drain Calum of his blood for a bit his blood dripping from her lips. She takes her hand up to her lips and wipes the blood that is dripping from them away. "Hmm speak of the devil and he appears huh" Valley replies. "What is going on here?" Darren asks her. Valley is just about to get back to drinking Calum's blood. "Let go of him!" Darren commands in a strict tone. "I'm not done yet" she replies. "I don't care, just let go of him" Darren responds.

"Why should I?" She asks him. "Valley if he turns into a vampire I shall kill everyone in your family, so let go of him" Darren threatens her. Valley doesn't acknowledge Darren's threat. "His blood is so delicious, why didn't you mention it?" Valley questions. "I didn't want you to bite him" Darren answers. "Let go of him now!" Darren instructs Valley. Darren now gets furious with Valley and harshy shoves Valley away from Calum. Calum falls out of Valley's grip and Darren catches him before he hits the ground. He gently places him where he was previously seated. He then searches Calum's unconscious body for his phone. He finds it in the front pocket of his jeans. Valley then leaves the nightclub compound.

He takes Calum's phone out of his pocket. He then steals Calum's phome password from his mind. He unlocks Calum's phone and calls Ashton. Ashton picks up after a few minutes. "Hey Calum" he greets. "Hello, it's not Calum though it's Darren I'm just using his phone" Darren greets back. "Where's Calum? Is he okay?" Ashton asks worried. "He's at the back of the nightclub, to be perfectly honest with you Calum isn't okay" Darren replies. "What happened to him?" Ashton responds still worried. "He got into a fight with a vampire and let's just say it didn't end well" Darren replies. "Is he alive?" Ashton responds worry still in his voice. "Yes but he's hurt quite badly and if he dies he would turn into one of Valley's vampire pets and we don't want that happening" Darren tells him. "Thank God he's alive at least" Ashton says the worry in his voice dying down but it's still there. "I couldn't give her the satisfaction of watching him turn into a vampire, anyways I suggest you take him home before he dies and turns into a vampire as he's really weak right now" Darren says to Ashton. "Okay I'll be there as soon as possible" Ashton replies. "Good cause I'm gonna leave soon" Darren replies. "Alright, bye" Ashton says. "Bye" Darren replies he then cuts the call and slips Calum's phone back in Calum's jean pocket and goes to the bushes nearby and waits to see if Ashton will show up to take Calum home.
