"Alex, you go first since you mentioned it first" I said trying to ignore the fact he looked like he didn't want Jack there.
"Uh, okay well I talked to Samantha and Ricky and Ricky was telling the truth, you sister kissed him and he would never hurt you on purpose he likes you too much" he said avoiding eye contact with Jack on the last part. "Now your turn" he said.
"Well I talked to Someone today too actually and it was Chloe, she said she finally picked a guy" I explained.
"Well who'd she pick?" He asked looking upset.
"Alex, she picked you" I responded and giggled a little.
"She did? Really?"
"Yes Alex, of course she would, who wouldn't?" I asked a rhetorical question.
"Well let's see, you, Danae, Devonya, Jewely, Erin, and Jess wouldn't pick me and neither would Jack because he's a dick" Alex answered my question.
"My question wasn't asked to be answered, you smart ass" I giggled.
"Oh little sister I love you" he chuckled.
"I love you to dickhole" I replied.
After Alex and I's conversation I realized that Jack was gone. He must have walked away while Alex and I were talking.
"Alex? Where's Jack?" I asked.
"I don't know, he was here and now he's not" he replied.
"Alex why did you look upset when you came in here and saw he was here" I have to know.
"I love Jack he's my gay lover and my best friend, but I was hurting him by telling the girl he loves that one of the guys she loves, loves her and didn't mean to hurt her. I know that Jack didn't want you to get hurt by anyone but he was glad Ricky had hurt you because then Ricky's not an option anymore" he replied looking super depressed that he just hurt his best friend.
"Oh my god, well where do you think he went? I don't want him doing something stupid and hurting himself or hurting anyone else" I can't help it, he was here one second and the next he was gone, so now I'm worried.
