"Morning sleepy head" Fletch said as he and all the children gathered round her bed
"Happy Mother's Day Mummy" Emma said climbing up onto the bed
"Hello you lot"
"Breakfast mummy" Fletch said cheekily presenting her with a breakfast tray and some cards
"Thank you"
Jac read the cards whilst drinking her tea. Emma, Ella and Theo had made cards at school and crèche and Evie had bought a card that she and Mikey signed and Fletch had done Luc's foot print and made a card of that
"Thank you all I'm so lucky" she moved the tray
"Give Luc to me" she smiled to Evie who was holding Luc
Placing Luc against her shoulder she held out her other arm
"Hug please. Everybody pile on just be careful you don't squash Luc"
Fletch could hardly believe that  Jac "don't touch me" Naylor was sitting on their bed inviting a hug from him and their six children but it made him unbelievably happy.
Eventually they all got down
"You lot need to get ready to go to your mum's grave" he told his 4
"You Ok?" He asked Jac when they had all gone
"I'm good" Jac said "it's really not me all this affection is it?" She laughed
"Well clearly it is" he sat next to her and kissed their son's head "we've broken you Naylor"
"I'll make you pay"
"I'm looking forward to my punishment" he said suggestively
"Oh get away" she laughed as her leaned in to kiss her chastely on the lips
"Look after your son whilst I go in the bathroom Fletch"
"Come on little man" he said gently taking his son into his arms
When Jac came down after her shower  she saw the huge bouquet of her favourite yellow roses and a bottle of perfume.
Soon everyone left for the cemetery leaving Jac, Emma and Luc
Luc was fed and having a nap and Emma was playing with her dolls in her and Ella's room, Jac was tidying the kitchen when the doorbell rang
She opened the door to find Johnny standing there, clearly drunk, clutching a bunch of daffodils that he had clearly picked from the roadside
"Happy Mother's Day Jac" he slurred and stumbled through the door past her
"Johnny what on earth..."
"Yesterday we found out we can't have children. Ironic really that we can't and now you've got six" he laughed hollowly
"Look, l'm sorry to hear that but turning up here drunk isn't going to help"
"Where's my daughter? Emma, Emma" he called "it's daddy"
"Johnny there's no way I'm letting you see her in that state"
"Oh and you're going to stop me are you?" he said starting to climb the stairs
"Yes" she swiftly followed and stood firm in front of him. As he tried to make his way up the stairs
"Heartless bitch" he spat and pushed Jac out of his way
She stumbled and fell down the 5 or 6 stairs he had managed to get to before she stopped him
She screamed as she fell and landed in a  heap at the bottom of the stairs.
