Part 22: Research

Kian and Aaron head to the library. They have some searching to do. While Aaron is looking for what really happened during the factory fire and what truly happened to his parents, Kian's searching for his real mom. They take to the computers and newspapers. Aaron looks for the exact day that the factory exploded. He searches through the newspaper archives and finds that day. He looks at it and almost screams. You can't check out newspapers, so he takes multiple pictures and starts helping Kian.

"I'll look in the newspapers around your birthday. It helped me." Aaron says. He looks through the area of the newspaper around Kian's birthday. He finds something in there with a big headline that made in national news. He's interested but that's not what he's looking for. He places to the side so he can read it later. He keeps looking but he finds nothing.

"Can't find anything, sorry bro. I'm sure that you'll find something" Aaron says

"Don't worry about it, I still have a lot to look for on the internet" Kian says. Aaron pats his shoulder. He picks up the newspaper that he sat aside and starts reading the big headline. As he reading he sees some familiar names. Then it hits him.

"Holy shit! Kian look!" Aaron whisper yells. He almost forgets that he in a library.

"What?" Kian turns around and looks over Aaron's shoulder at the newspaper. His eyes open wide and his mouth drops at what he sees.

Lauren, Nessa, Roni, James, and Mariahgo shopping at the mall. They just started walking but Roni is already complaining. She normally doesn't mind walking in the mall but she's limping today.

"Ugh, my leg is killing me" She groans

"Why?" Mariah asks

"Because Aaron gave her that good dic-" James starts to say. Roni covers his mouth before he can say the rest. (Why did I laugh while writing that?😂 )

"James!" She says. Lauren, Nessa, and Mariah start laughing.

"It's that and volleyball practice and don't act like you three don't do it either" Roni snaps back

"You're right" They all say and they keep shopping and picking at each other.

Officer Lear puts all the information together. He takes the names Realeza and Diamond and but them in the black web. There is no way that the police can shut down the whole black web, but they can use it to their advantage. He goes to a website that can find hitmen and drug dealers. He types in the name and looks for anything. He finds that Realeza is the person who started the gang and that Diamond is his son. They have people to do the jobs that they're hired to do. On the bigger jobs Diamond goes to work and on the biggest jobs Realeza pays them a visit. Lear is expecting that Diamond helped with the job that Wendy asked them to do. He knows Wendy must have paid a high amount of money for Diamond to come out. He wonders if Realeza helloes to or was it just one of the guys that work for them. Whatever it is, he's getting close to finding it.

Wendy is going to flee the country. She has to. It's the only way to stay away from being arrested right now. She doesn't tell anyone where she's going. She just takes a flight to Mexico and never looks back. She's sure that the girls will be able to survive on their own. They have for this long, what's a few more days, maybe weeks, maybe months?

Kian rips the newspaper out of Aaron's hands and reads it in full depth. Are his eyes deceiving him.
Mary Ann Wells committed suicide after the Wells family kick her out for having a baby with and marrying Scott Lawly.
Is this what happened to his parents? He takes multiple pictures and they leave. They sit at home at the kitchen table and transfer the pictures to their computers, so it's bigger. They read over everything that they have. Kian has to get some closure on this and he's not going to stop until he does.
