A LITTLE EXTRA : Super brief and flexible plot -- it's pretty dark even with a baby on the way with these 2 adorable messes trying to grow -- but if you just want Veena Sud's gritty style and not the light-hearted part that's good too one of them could be transferred or they could literally meet in the middle and both start working on cases in Chicago or some shit
And if you do want the sub-plot with KJ being a week or 2 pregnant when they meet but you want a little less rom-com it's just as likely KJ was so determined to start her own future she had a one-night stand as Holder going around donating his sperm
This is pretty AU so as far as the timeline goes this is probably post-S1 of Seven Seconds and pre-S1 of The Killing
