SEE - A Year Of Salt Water

She left Imelin, her only home, never intending to come back despite her love for it. And she didn't love them because they worshipped her like a god, she loved them in spite of it. She might've always stood out on her island, not because she could see since everybody could, but because she fell from the sky as a little girl and while she fought every day to be normal, they never forgot. But she was loved; she protected them and they protected her, and that's why she had to leave. She knew there was a risk she'd lose her sight crossing to a mainland, but that was a small price to pay. It was only confirmed losing her sight was worth it when she went from Noor the goddess to Elvi the mother.

She first found Leesie after a year of traveling down along the ocean, or rather, Leesie found her. She thought she was doing the right thing saving the young girl who just wanted to be left alone until Leesie was forced to reveal why these Witchfinders were after her by saving Elvi. As Elvi might've died before adjusting to losing her sight without the young girl's ability to see into others' minds, it takes the two of them far less than a year to admit they regret none of it.

And by the time they find Erika, they know they're all the family they need. Erika knew she couldn't evade the witchfinders on her own so she tapped into that one thing in the back of her mind, singing she's not alone, that there's somebody else out there like her. Ever since she tracked the two of them down and ran into them, they've been moving fast no more than a year in one place until they settle among the Gannites, hiding in plain sight. By the time her girls are grown, they make a family decision to not run; if the sighted of these neighboring lands at war can rise above the stigma and the Witchfinders, there's a chance for them as well.

                             Ok so just to be clear none of them are sighted -- Elvi was born w it bc her parents were astronauts and the station was unaffected ofc but when the station couldn't be managed anymore and started to collapse they came down and they landed on (Big) Diomede island where she was the only one to survive and it was isolated enough to not be affected til she left and made it to Alaska

                             But both Erika and Leesie are basically fr witches since they have this other sense and since they can see into somebody's mind (even a sighted person) they could temporarily see in the more traditional sense through them

                             I aint put out a plot this long/complicated in a min so let get to the simpler shit -- Erika's Kofun's love interest, Leesie's Haniwa's and Elvi's either Tamacti Jun's 

                            To address some of these romances I really wanted to give Haniwa a love interest who aint sighted, if you want Elvi to be w Baba Voss feel free to do it however you want y3ni I don't see them as him and Maghra as this epic unshakeable romance so Elvi could've met him before or after meeting Maghra, and Kofun.

                            Lol Kofun. Smh speaking of timelines Erika and Kofun could meet before or after the Jonerys mess starts bc I don't believe it's impossible for Erika to turn Kofun away from her in time for him to redeem himself, ngl it'd be way more possible if Erika intervenes before THAT ep though.

                            If you're looking for a back-up FC for anybody Edwina Findley's Elvi's backup FC, Leah Harvey's Erika's bc I am GONE for Salvor in Foundation rn and my baby Ashleigh LaThrop's Leesie's!!
