Dear Iris,
I'm not home right now but I heard about the horrible day you've had. I know. I know being pregnant is extremely exhausting. I'm so sorry you have to experience that, baby. I want you to know that just because I'm not at home right now doesn't mean I won't be in the future either. Today is extremely hard to get out of for work and I'm sorry. I'll be home soon.
But, I also want you to know, that I will be there for you, every hour, every minute of everyday. Whatever you want. If your cravings bring me to Peru, or if you make me sleep on the couch because you can't stand the smell of me. Anything you want, will be granted to you, I promise. Don't give up, you're almost done, sweetheart. I know you can do it, it always knew. I love you so much, mommy. And remember our baby will be calling you that in a matter of months.
