Barry and Iris have a heated fight and things go a little too far for Iris' liking. It will end with a Cliffhanger that I won't continue.

"You took our daughter back to the future?" Said Iris trying to hold in her anger.

Barry fiddled with his wedding ring and said "I didn't have any other choice."

Iris scoffed and said "I? It's we, Barry. We. She's our daughter not just yours."

"I know that." Barry said trying to stay calm.

"But you left her there anyway?!" Iris said, her voice raising.

"I can't trust her Iris. That puts all of us in danger." Barry said putting his foot down.

"That's how you feel Barry. What about asking how I feel?" She asked getting agitated.

"I didn't think I had to!" Barry finally snapped.

Iris' eyes widened at his tone of anger and knew this wasn't her husband who she was talking to.

She scoffed and shook her head in disbelief. "Of course you didn't. Of course you didn't Barry! You always see one way through a problem and damn what I think!" Iris threw her hands in the air and started to walk off until Barry answered.

"Wha- What the hell does that mean?" He said with a confused face.

She walked back up, "You know we have been through so much crap, so much therapy and you are still, still making decisions based on your emotions." She said.

"Because I'm right this time!" Barry said as he backed up.

He knew what he said would make his wife angry.

He sighed and turned away feeling her walking behind him.

"Flashpoint? Going into the speedforce and leaving me? Were you right those times too?" Iris asked.

"You think I wanted to do this?" Barry asked in a whisper turning to face his wife. "That this was easy? Seeing Nora, looking at me, asking for forgiveness knowing it might be the last time I ever see her?"

Iris started to cry. "What about the last time I get to see her barry?" She took a breath. "I didn't even get a chance to say goodbye!" She yelled.

"Damn it, Iris! She lied to us for months!" Barry shouted louder.

Her voice broke. "And she explained why!" She yelled back.

"THAT SHE WAS WORKING WITH THAWNE?!" Barry yelled.

They both breathed for a second until Barry saw how she didn't seem to care.

"That doesn't bother you." Barry asked in a whisper.

Iris looked up at him and said "no. No it doesn't."

"Maybe if he killed your mother in front of you, you'd feel differently." Barry said tearfully.

"Maybe you feeling differently Barry, is the reason we should've made this decision together. She just wanted to meet you barry. The father she never knew. And there was one person who could teach her how to do that!" Her voice started breaking. "Is it really so hard to understand why she would go to him?!"

"It doesn't matter if I understand it. Thawne is manipulating her." Barry said.

"He's on death row, Barry. How is he manipulating her?" She asked.

Barry looked down at his wedding ring. "You know if this were anybody else, you'd back me. But since it's Nora, because it's our daughter, the person who finally stopped hating you, you refuse to see how dangerous this is." He started to cry.

"You talk about making decisions based on emotion?" Barry looked up. "Look in the mirror." Barry whispered.

"I don't know where you think you can go with this Barry, but it's gonna stop." Iris demanded.

"Yeah, it is. And so is all this fighting." Barry whispered as he got a hold of his wedding ring.

"What are you saying." Iris asked starting to sob.

"And this marriage is gonna stop." Barry said as he started to walk away.

Iris swiftly turned around to see where he'd go but was taken aback by his actions.

He threw his wedding ring on the ground and sped off.

Iris ran over to pick it up. The symbol that shows their love, their love for each other, was just thrown away, by her husband.

She knew this wasn't good. But she didn't want to apologize.
