Jessica's POV
I stood still in my tracks. Did he really ask me that? Should I say yes? I'm not even fully sure I'm over Lachlan yet though. But it's always great to give other people a chance, and see how things would turn out.
"Of course." I smiled. He pinned me to the side of a store that we stood next to. The cold, brick-like feeling of the walls ran across my back. Our lips touched, and the same sparks from the night we went to the cinema came to me.
Once we released, we had a bit of small talk, and we walked back to the car, hand in hand.
