Josh's POV,

We where sat in the cafeteria. Me, tobi, Harry and Ethan here. Me and Tobi sorting it out quickly when I explained the whole situation and showed him the bottle that Simon gave to me, that it was my exact cologne. He luckily. Believed me.

I can't believe Simon is going to this length to try and break us up. I have to talk to him, it's her, giving him these ideas.

Man I can't believe I was even friends with him.

I can't believe I even.. thought I liked him.

He's fucked up.

I kissed Tobi on his head, making him smile, I smiled back, him talking to Harry about something, him and Harry are quite close actually.

They help each other out loads.

I heard the cafeteria doors open and see JJ come through. He saw us and immediately walked over to us.

"How's Vik?" Ethan asks and JJs sighs. "He is slowly declining. For some reason he couldn't remember what day it was today." JJ spoke. As soon as he said that his phone started ringing. He looked at it and his eyes widened. "Oh it's the hospital." He says, getting up and leaving to go to a quieter place.

"He couldn't remember the day?" I spoke and Harry furrowed his eyebrows. "How would it be effecting his memory." "He hit his head as he fell, didnt he?" Tobi suddenly spoke, my eyes widened. "Did it give him a concussion?" I ask and Tobi shrugged. "It could of. He had his therapy session though yesterday." "Has anyone heard what happened with that?" Ethan asked and I nodded. "He managed to tell the therapist about Kacey and everything. Apparently the therapist is going to try and get a case for Vik and everything." "An actual case?" "Yeah, There's so much evidence as to Kacey actually doing it that they're going to do a whole case on him." I say and they nodded.

Suddenly I see the cafeteria doors open.

JJ walks in, a small smile on his face.

He came over to us quickly, before smiling even bigger.

"They're going to go to the hospital to interview him further tonight."

"No fucking way."

"They want all of us there, as we are witnesses for the first time he did it and when I stepped in." JJ told us and we nodded. "Wait, won't Simon need to be there?" Ethan asks and JJ sighed, before nodding. "Most probably. He did witness it after all." "He's going to deny it happened, watch." I spoke and JJ sighed. "I don't want him there. I'll fucking ring his neck if he turns up." JJ spat suddenly aggressive.

"He hurt JJs boyfriend and that's the reason as to why he is in there in the first place. For fuck sakes I'll fucking kill him, he brought brad into this." Suddenly Barry was speaking. It was almost.

Normal. To see him just change like this.

"Barry, I think everyone wants to kill Simon at the minute." Harry spoke, and Barry laughed. "Fucking too right." "Do you know why Vik can't remember the day?" I asked Barry, and Barry furrowed his eyebrows, before nodding slowly. "Does JJ know?" I ask and he than shook his head. "I was talking to Vik today. He, he said he couldn't remember things, I remember that woman telling me that Vik hit his head pretty bad when he fell. Maybe there is a bleed in the brain or he has ruptured it." He spoke and my eyes widened. "Do the hospital know?" I ask and barry shakes his head. "No not really, he is really focused on the whole Kacey thing." He spoke and Tobi shook his head. "You have to tell the hospital." "Or at least JJ." "Okay, I will, but I'll tell them tomorrow, if I tell them today then he might have to go in for scans and that." "No, tell them now, I'll come with you." I say, if he waits any longer, it could be even more unstable by tomorrow.
