From Rags To Riches: Chapter Eight

Soon enough the visualization showed that of what appeared to be a coffee shop, as an unfamiliar looking woman came into view holding the door open while a young Destiny came into view dashing into the shop.

Destiny at the time being had her hair pulled back into a ponytail with a braid- she was seen wearing a light white t-shirt that appeared somewhat big for her and dark blue-ish colored jean's and white sneaker's, as she had a golden-ish colored necklace around her neck along with two yellow earrings in her ears that were posts.

"Come on mom!!.... I wanna get this over with so I can hang out with my friends!" Destiny complained looking back, as the woman came into view entering into the area revealed to be Lauren Matthews, the woman who adopted Destiny.

Lauren appeared to have white skin and somewhat light blond-ish colored hair that appeared curly, she was seen with sunglasses over her head (as the time had been sunny) along with a black t-shirt and dark blue-ish colored jean's with black shoe's, as she also had a couple of bracelets around her wrists, and at the time appeared to be typing something on her i phone.

"...I know sweet heart, I know...but what can we do? the teacher said we NEED to meet here" Lauren said, as she shook her head and soon motioned for Destiny to take a seat at one of the table's in the shop, with Destiny doing so- as she then sat down, and soon put away her phone.

"Now let's talk a little bit about what you're supposed to be talking to this teacher about," Lauren said, as Destiny appeared saddened.

"I don't like school it's boring." She muttered as the visualization of Anna came into view a bit of a distance away reading the newspaper at one of the table's or so it appeared she was reading the newspaper, however, she was eyeballing Lauren and Destiny wondering how to approach them.

She recalled that on Lauren Matthew's profile image of the social networking site, she could see that some of Lauren's profile interests were certain singer's, arts and craft's, some sports and so on- but something that stood out to her was a singer that Lauren liked was going to be in town for a concert soon, and she figured that perhaps if she obtained two tickets she and Lauren could go together and strike up some kind of a friendship.

"...." Anna was silent for a few moments, as she listened into the two's conversation- before she soon heard Lauren speak out with some annoyance.

"I cannot believe that kenny ling concert is all sold out, I was really hoping to go."

"Kenny ling? he's such an old guy, I guess I can see why you like him." Destiny jokingly said, as Anna stood up and began to approach.

"Uh, excuse me?" Anna spoke out, as Lauren and Destiny looked over at her- before Anna soon added.
