From Rags To Riches: Chapter Ten

Soon enough the visualization showed that of a large open looking mansion building type of area, the area was quite familiar as belonging to Anna's ex-husband- while Johnathan soon came into view sitting at his desk filling out some paperwork it seemed, he didn't seem to be caring much about his surroundings and kept writing on paper.

"Mr. Johnathan there is someone here to see you." A female's voice was heard over a small mic located on his desk, causing him to perk his head- as he looked over; and pressed one of the button's to answer the female, he soon spoke out.

"Alright, I guess I'm pretty free- let them in." And with this he took his finger off of the button and continued to do paperwork filling out various thing's for the upcoming movie that he was going to be producing- before he began to see the elevator making him perk his head as he wondered who it was that was coming to see him, before soon enough Anna came into view with her head hung low- as Johnathan perked his head upon seeing her, and quickly moved some paperwork into a desk as though not wanting her to see it, he soon said.

"Anna... what an unexpected shock....what in the world are you even DOING here?... Jessie kick you out of her house?" And with this he stood up, as he began to approach her- with Anna leaving the elevator she shook her head, and soon spoke out.

"No she didn't, Jessie's a good friend of mine and I've been doing pretty good with her- it's just...I need help with something and she nor her friend Ralph can help me...I don't know much people ...so...I.." And with this, she appeared to be hesitating, as various things were rushing throughout her head as to how to proceed- while Johnathan perked his head.

"Hmm?... you need help with something, and you thought I could help you with it?" He asked as Anna kept her head low; before she took in a deep breath of air, as she rose her head up to see him more eye to eye; she soon spoke out.

"Let me start from the beginning... you see, Jessie and Ralph have this daughter...and ...sh-she was taken away from them due to someone filing a report against the parent's.."

"...Okay.." Johnathan said, as Anna shook her head and began to walk by him; as she waved her hand around, and continued on with.

"I-I felt bad because I didn't know about the daughter, and I wanted Jessie to have the chance to s-see her again...and so I found the woman who adopted their child and have been making friend's with her in attempts to have the girl allow Jessie to see her kid."

"........" Johnathan was silent, as he perked his head wondering where Anna was going with the information-- before Anna shook her head and stopped standing in front of him, she shook her head and soon added.

"T-The thing is!.... I sort of lied to her and told her I was still mar-married.."
