The next morning came and Anna had gone off to work with Jessie returning to work herself, it seemed like things were going out pretty normal for Jessie and Anna- while Jessie was anxious about seeing Destiny again, Anna had gotten a call that the next visit would be on a Thursday and would only be an hour long as per Lauren's instructions.
Jessie and Ralph didn't like this news but were grateful to at least be seeing Destiny, and were trying to keep their minds off of Lauren and continue about their normal routines, all the while Jessie was wondering about Matthew as a couple of days had past and it seemed like what he said was true "don't expect a call"
Soon enough the visualization showed that of Anna in Ralph's shoe place with a broom she was sweeping up some dust- but this didn't concern her that much as Ralph meanwhile was seen writing down on what appeared to be a notebook of sorts; but this didn't really concern either of them, with Ralph looking over at Anna.
"You know what Anna it's a pretty slow day today, why don't you do like the other employee's and take time off today?" Ralph questioned, as Anna shook her head.
"No, it's okay...I don't really have much else anything to do." Anna said with a bit of a shrug as she continued to sweep up the area before she soon added.
"Nervous about the newest visit to Lauren's?"
"..Kinda, but I've just been trying to block it out of my head until the time comes...it's easier that way," Ralph mentioned with a bit of a shrug.
"How is it easier to ignore the visit until it comes?" Anna asked as Ralph shook his head.
"Simple..the visit is like in three days, right? so for the whole time of the visit's arrival, I'm thinking to myself what if I say something to make Lauren mad? what if Destiny does something? what if Destiny does something and gets punished by Lauren? what if I end up killing Lauren because she smacked my princess? what if-"
"Okay, okay I get it," Anna said with a bit of a giggle as she soon added.
"But you're a nice guy Ralph and so is Jessie... I wouldn't worry TO much about everything because good things happen to good people you know that."
"...Do they?... I mean me and Jessie lost Destiny and we were good people." Ralph said, as Anna leaned a bit on the broom and shook her head.
"I know, it's hard...I'm not saying it's ALL rainbows and sprinkles.. but good things DO happen," Anna said, as Ralph smiled faintly at her.
