When we arrived, I looked out of the window at the bus. A big print of Jack and Jack was on the side. It was a bright blue color, and it said Jack and Jack. They both had the biggest smiles on their faces.

    "Shiiiiit!" Nate said.

"Thanks for the ride." Jack said. They all pitched in money so it was even.

"No problem! Have fun!" She said. The guys all got out and started grabbing their luggage.

"Thank you." I said. I started getting out.

"Try to have fun. You're surrounded by people who love you.." She said.

"I'll try." I smiled. I got out and grabbed my luggage from Jack.

"Thanks." I said to him. The driver drove off.

"Ayyyyeee!!!" Jake said, running over to all of us. Kenny and Cody followed.

"Woah who's this cutie?!" He came over to me and gave me a hug.

    "I'm Paige." I smiled.

    "She's mine." Jack smiled.

"Nice." He did a handshake with Jack and greeted the others.

"Hey I'm Kenny." He smiled at me and gave me a hug.

"Nice to meet you Kenny! I'm Paige." He smiled at me with the cutest smile.

"Hey Cody!" I came over to him.

"Hey you know me?!" He gave me a hug.

"I know all of you guys! I've just been watching your vines forever." I smiled.

"That's awesome! Nice to meet you, Paige." He said.

I smiled as they all greeted each other. The Digitour team came over and said hi to all of us, then took us inside the bus.

It was actually nicer than I expected, and I got excited when I saw our bunks. This is going to be my home for the next month. And I was okay with it. We all put our luggage away and hung out with everyone. A couple hours later, we were setting up the equipment and rehearsing. Everything was happening insanely quick. I didn't really have a place in the tour like everyone else, I was just going to sort of hangout backstage.

It wasn't until Jack and Jack started rehearsing 'Distance' that I remembered about Ava. My eyes started tearing up, and I didn't want to cry in front of everyone, so I went outside to the back.

I pulled out my phone. 4 missed calls from my mom and 2 missed calls from my dad.

    I dialed my mom.

    "Sweetie? Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I guess. My best friend is just gone and I'm okay. I'm great!" I snapped. Tears rolled down my face.

    "Paige.." She sighed.

"Are you going to come home?" She asked.

"No? Why would I want to be in the place that reminds me of her the most?"

"Please. Please. Don't act like this." She said quietly.

I folded my arms. "I'm sorry." I sobbed.

"They've arrested the boys who did it. Her funeral is being planned soon. That's everything you need to know. Now, can you tell me, are you okay?" She said.

"No mom. I'm not okay. But these boys are the only thing keeping me from breaking. I need them." I cried.

"I understand. What are you doing?" She asked. Her voice was hoarse.

"I'm in the back. They're rehearsing on stage." I sniffled.

    "Is the tour bus nice?"

"Yeah, it's great." I bluntly said.

"That's good.. Maybe you can at least try to have a good time?"

"Yeah mom. Whatever." I started crying again.

"I'm sorry Paige. There's nothing I can do."  She basically whispered.

"I know. I'm sorry I'm just-" I saw Kenny peek his head out the door at me.

"Hey, what's up?" He looked concerned.

"Hold on. I'll call you later." I hung up.

   "Hey.." I wiped my eyes.

   "Are you okay?" He asked.

I laughed because of just how many times I've been asked that today.

"My best friend passed a few hours ago. Drunk drivers." I shrugged. It felt like I was swallowing a rock.

"Oh my god.. I... I'm so sorry." He hugged me tight.

"Me too." A tear ran down my cheek.

"You're still gonna be on tour with us? Really?" He looked at me.

"It's a great chance to get away from everything. Of course.. I mean.. I'll go to her funeral.. I'll take a plane there or something. I don't know."

"Wow. Well kudos to you for being strong. You'll get through it." He smiled.

    "Thanks Kenny." I smiled.

My phone vibrated with a call.

     It was Ava.
