Jungkook's P.O.V.
On this fine day I walk down the street under the Sun that warms my skin the same way mother's apple pie brings warmth to my core. Music comes from a radio, yet somehow the background ambiance is clean as if this music was that freshly baked apple pie upon a white tablecloth, the tune dancing in the same way a fragrance does.
Somewhere above this sky, swirl galaxies of brilliant million stars. I pause, let my feet join the serenity of quietness, and breathe. That's when I feel it all the more, sense energy from the trees, the birdsong and the warm concrete under my shoes on which I stand.
The sky was blue with just a few stratus clouds making their unhurried way towards the other parts of the country. The sun was already a friendly ball of yellow above, promising more heat as the day progressed. All in all I couldn't have asked for a better weather.
After the furious rain a couple of days ago, it seemed like God felt sorry for us. So in order to balance it all, he gifted the weather with the warm rays of light.
After mindless walking for a couple of more minutes, I took a turn around the block as the familiar glass door came into my vision. On my way to the door, I saw in the store through the huge windows the guy I've been a friend to since a few months.
Just when I slide the door open the bell over me ringed, indicating the entry of a new customer.
A grin made it's way on the man's lips who stood behind the counter as he opened his arms wide for a hug.
"Ayo! My man is here!"
I chuckled, "Yeah."
"Dude, I've been thinking about you for the past days. What have you been up to these days, huh?" he smiles.
"Nothing much. I came to check up on my order though." I said, anticipating to see the thing I ordered him to make.
"Well then you're just on time my friend." he says but his voice loud enough to be considered as yelling.
"Then what are we waiting for?" I grin exciting.
"Come along with me."
He moves away from the counter and makes his way to the other corner of the room and opens a door. However, I look back and wonder about the store.
"Don't worry, hyung is there. He'll look after the store." he assures as I notice a tall man coming out of nowhere and clumsily walking towards the counter.
Not wanting to wait any longer, I look back at the man leading the way and note that the door he opened carry a stairways downstairs. A cellar.
Making my steps carefully through the stairs as the guy ahead of me switches on a bulb.
I take in the modern cellar as countless number of shelves are made on the wall where small boxes are kept.
He walks in the narrow aisle with boxes on both of his sides while I stand a bit far. As he searches for the item, I take in my time to take a look at him.
His slender figure stands just under the light bulb. Tattoos all over his right arm with several designs inscribed on his skin.
While a black rose on his right forearm stands out when he picks up a metal box. With dark red shiny hair and black tshirt over his body, he somehow looks like a professional tattoo artist.
After a while he turns around and gives a smile towards me which I gladly return. He makes his way to me and hands me the metal box, and then shoves his hands in his trousers pockets.
"There you go my boy."
"Thanks Hoseok hyung."
Keeping my eyes on the box in my left hand, I slowly glide my right hand up and open the lid.
A black and silver band placed on the black surface of the box comes to my sight. It was elegant and beautiful. Just how I wanted it to be.
"It's beautiful, hyung. Thank you so much." I smiled but kept my eyes on the bracelet itself.
"Now you're making me feel like a stranger dude. Friends don't thank each other."
I giggled and finally closed the box and kept it in my pocket. Stepping forward I hug the man in front of me who worked hard on my order.
"Why're exaggerating it so much? It's my everyday work man." He says and chuckles at the end.
"Yeah. But, I'm trying to thank you."
"Bullshit. Anyways, you want to grab a drink?"
"Isn't it still early to drink?" I question as I look around the room.
"Maybe or maybe not. Drinking has no limitations."
Without giving me any chance to respond he takes my hand in his and drags me to the upper floor and exits through the store I entered some minutes ago.
