"Lila, honey, can you go outside?" Landon urged me out.

"Yeah. I'll go for a walk." I put my shoes on. I waved and left the huge hospital. I knew the grounds pretty well so I decided just to head back to the main house and grab breakfast. It is a pretty nice day out so far. I walked a little slower to enjoy the weather.

"Well well." I heard someone say. I turned to look and wanted to run. There stood the devil herself, Jenna. "What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be at school?"

"No. Landon let me have the day off." I mumbled looking at the ground.

"What? Can't handle school? You probably get picked on. You seem like the type. Your just a scared little girl." She sneared. "Sometimes I wonder why he hasn't kicked you out yet. You can't satisfy him like I can."

"I'm only 13." I finally looked up at her.

"Wow. You really are little. Why would he wanna stay with a little kid. I would be such a good Luna. I'm not a weak push over like you."

"At least I'm not a slut like you." I mumbled. Her face turned an angry shade of red. Her hand raised into the air and I instinctively flinched. She hit me so hard I stumbled backwards, almost falling to the ground. My hand went to my nose. No blood thankfully. But my eyes started to throb. I will most likely have a pretty bruise.

"Hey!" I heard a deep voice call. Her head snapped to where the voice was. I heard heavy footsteps and she quickly shoved my back before running away. I groaned and put my hands over my face. A few tears slipped out from the dull ache in my head. I had hit it on what felt like a rock. "Need some help?" The voice asked.

"Yes." I answered. The person grabbed my hand and pulled me up easily. "Thank you." I said getting a good look at him.

"No problem. The names Jayden." (Picture Above). He had beautiful cocoa skin and a mess of curls on top of his head.

"Lila." He stood straight and grinned.

"Well I'll be damned. Your Landon's mate."

"You know him? I mean I have seen you around here before."

"I know him very well. But we should probably get you to the pack hospital. You may have a concussion." He studied my face before grabbing my hand, forcing me to walk.

"I am fine. I can't have Landon see this." I stumbled and then the ground spun a bit. I felt foggy.

"Let me carry you." I was about to protest when I almost fell again. He swung me up in his arms and continued the journey. When he opened the door I heard Delilah gasp. I forgot she was here. Shoot.

"What in the world happen to her?!" Jayden let me stand and I leaned on the wall.

"I saw some girl hit her." He explained. Delilah dragged me into the nearest examination room. The doctor followed in there.

"This is totally unnecessary." I complained. More like embarrassing.

"We still have to check to make nothing serious is wrong." The doctor had me sit on the small bed thing. He checked my blood pressure, temperature, my eyes. Everything.

"Can you let her stay in with Landon?" Delilah asked.

"You don't have to admit me." I tried to say.

"She can go in there when we tell him." The doctor did a weird eye test and felt around the back of my head. The room spun sometimes and I had a headache but other that I was fine.

"Let's go. We got news to deliver." The doctor said. Delilah and Jayden followed us. When I walked into the room the man that was here earlier was gone.

"What the Hell happened?" He tried to get up.

"If you get out of that bed you will have worse than a bullet wound." I threatened. He growled but sat back down. I sat at the edge of his bed and he quickly grabbed me up.

"Good thing I can heal you right?" He tried to touch my face but I smacked his hand away.

"You need your healing hocus pocus more than I do." I crossed my arms defiantly.

"I like her." Jayden chuckled.

"She has a mild concussion. So when she does go to sleep you need to wake her up every two hours. Also take Tylenol for the pain. You should be all fixed up in a few days. But to be sure I would like to see you again on Friday." The doctor explained while writing some stuff down.

"Who did this?" Oliver is here to play. He took my into his arms.

"That Jenna chick." Jayden answered for me.

"This isn't the first time. It's the third actually." Oliver growled again but even louder.

"We did you never tell me about this?" He roared suddenly. I winced from the loud sound.

"I didn't want you to worry." I mumbled bashfully.

"Well I'm worrying." He looked up at everyone else. "Leave." He demanded. They scrambled out of the room.

"What's your deal?" My eyebrows came together.

"People are not respecting you. They do not recognize you as Luna." Oliver stated.

"It's okay, Oli. I've only been around for two months or so."

"It is not okay. They need to know who you are."

"How will that happen?" I asked sarcastically. He took a deep breath then took my face in his hands.

"Lila, I want to mark you." Okay what?
