"Luna!" A hazy shout came through to my ears. "Luna!" I willed my eyes to open. I looked up to Anthony.

"What happened?" I brushed hair out of my eyes. The sky was still dark and we were still in the back of the truck. I sat up and looked to my left. Landon laid there unconscious.

"You just passed out on him then started speaking in," He looked confused. "In tongues. Then you came too after like 5 seconds." I rubbed the back of my head then quickly remembered my wrist. I looked down and two perfect lines were still there but as two pink scars. Something deep inside me spoke. I took a small rock from the bed of the truck and cut one of the scars. I let the blood drop onto Landon's wounds and then I placed the same hand over it completely.

"What are you doing?" Anthony asked as the ruck stopped. I lifted my hand and it was completely gone. No blood, no cut, not even a scar. Just new, perfect, skin. Then his eyes flew open and he sat up quicker than I've ever seen before. I looked at my wrist and saw no blood or cut. But there was only one little pink line left not two.

"What happened? Where are we?" His words piled out so quickly I could barley understand what he was saying. Instead of answering I wrapped myself around him and cried. I heard chattering of nurses as the gathered. I'm assuming they expected an injured Alpha. Not today Satan.

"You almost died." I squeezed him with all my strength.

"Someone just came up behind me and then it happened. I couldn't do anything about it." He shook his head and grabbed my shoulders to bring me back. "I love you so much. I don't want you to ever leave my side ever again. Promise me?"

"I love you too. And I wont." He pulled me back to his chest and held me tight. "Can you just take us home?" I asked Anthony.

"It would be best to recommend that you and Alpha Landon stay to get checked out before you return home." I sighed and nodded. Landon stood with me still in his arms and hopped off the back of the truck.

"Maybe you can get in a wheelchair and we can take you to get checked up?" I suggested. He scoffed but put me down when I pinched him. I threatened him into he chair and I rolled him to where the doctor told me to. He pouted the whole way. While he was being checked out I got hot chocolate from the cafeteria. Maybe he has a sore throat...

"So where are we on the situation?" I overheard the doctor ask him. I stopped and waited to listen in.

"We are absolute stumped. We have someone in custody but ever since we confronted him with evidence of his wrong doing, hasn't talked once." I knew immediately who he was talking about. I entered the room.

"I thought you would like some hot chocolate for the sore throat you were having." I handed him the steaming cup and sat down next to him.

"Thank you." He my cheek and turned back to the doctor. "So what's the verdict?"

"Well from the looks of it your in perfect shape. We are going to do a scan and keep you over night so we can make sure everything's okay." He looked at paper on a clipboard. "So when the waiting period is up you are free to leave again. Any questions?" Landon looked frustrated but he shook his head no. "Alrighty. Make sure to tell the nurse if you need anything." And with that he left the room.

"Do you need anything else?" I asked him. He just sighed and flopped back on the bed.

"I need to get out of here so my pack doesn't get attacked." He mumbled under his breathe and I looked at him pointedly. "Our pack." I winked at him which made him smirk ever so slightly. Before we could talk about anything else a young nurse, no older than me, ramped her knuckles on the doorway.

"Hello Alpha, Luna." She bowed her head slightly.  "I'm here to inform you about your CT scan. We will take you first thing in the morning when we have the doctor available. So we have your discharge date as tomorrow evening. So would you like any extra blankets or anything to eat?"

"No give them to others. I know there are others here who need them." She was going to counter but he just dismissed her again. So with that she left.

"I think I'm going to go on a walk. Do you want me to stay?" I lingered near the door.

"No go ahead. There are people out patrolling still so you should be fine."

"Okay." I went and kissed him on the forehead. "Stay alive. I love you." He smiled brilliantly.

"I will try. I love you too." I turned and walked out the door at normal speed. But the second I was out of sight of the room I booked it. I made it out of the hospital in record time. I ran as quickly as possible to the woods. I had one objective and that was to save my people. And the only way to figure this out was to get more information than what we have. I got into the woods and pushed myself to go even harder.

I shoved open the heavy door and wiped the sweat from off my forehead. I crept down the length of the hall and opened the second door. He was in he same chair from before and his head was slack.

"Zach?" I whispered. "I need you help."
