Lila
It has been one week. Still no Beth. Maybe she just working over time? Plus she won't answer her phone. She probably forgot her charger too. Landon told me not to worry about it. She will come home soon.
"Lila!" Landon called up the stairs. "It's time to go." We are going to my house to get more clothes and stuff. I cant wear the same clothes and Jane's forever.
"Be down in a second." I put me hair in a loose pony tail and started down the stairs.
"Wanna ride?" Jason met me half way. I smiled and jumped on his back.
"What are you doing?" Landon asked. I giggled and hid my face in Jason's shoulder.
"I'm to lazy to walk." I claimed while laughing some more.
"Hand her over." Landon growled playfully. Jason turned around so my back back was to Landon. He plucked me up and carried me out the door like a damsel in distress. I laid limp, closed my eyes, and stuck my tongue out. Like that one episode of Spongebob where he pretends to drown. I need a life.
"Why do we have to go so soon?" I complained as he threw me in the car. Literally.
"Because we need to get your things for your new room." Did I mention that I got a special room that is connected to his? It's awesome. I never noticed it until he took a big poster off of it.
"Plus you can't wear Landons shirts as dresses forever." Jackson got in the front seat and Jason squeezed in next to me. I'm laying limp on the seat. Mostly because I couldn't sleep good last night. Landon told me I can't sleep in his bed every night. But I will sure try.
"I do what I want. I am the Alphas mate." I bragged tiredly.
"You see, my wolf will listen but I will not." Jason patted my head. I rolled my eyes and closed them. When I opened them again we were there. I sighed and sat up. I sulked up to the door and took out my house key.
"Are you okay?" Landon asked. I nodded slowly. A dull throb in my temple made me want to close my eyes. A sleep headache I think.
"I just have been feeling kinda blech here the past few days." I unlocked the door and went up the stairs. Nothing is different. The same beige walls and random paintings. I stopped at the end of the hall and opened my door. The same baby blue walls and band posters. My bed is made and my clean clothes are sitting in my closet.
"Are you sure you feel fine? You don't look right." Landon said from behind me.
"Thanks Romeo." I grabbed my luggage case from under my bed.
"Have you been not sleeping again?" He followed me to my closet.
"I'm fine." Lies. If I'm not in his bed then I don't sleep a second. I'm glad he doesn't look in my head. He said he would give me my privacy.
"I can feel something is wrong." He pressed. I just ignored him and grabbed an arm full of clothes and threw them on the luggage.
"Can you gather my posters and stuff?" He whipped out a few boxes I didn't notice he had. He was lightning fast around my room. As soon as I finished with my clothes he sat me down.
"Why do you lie to me?" He asked softly.
"I just don't want you to worry for me is all." I frowned and looked down.
"It is my job to sorry for you. You are my mate. My Luna. My queen. Tell me what's the matter." He took my face ever so gently and made me look up.
"I don't sleep. If I sleep in your bed I'm fine. But any other time I can barley even close my eyes. It's weird." I explained.
"Well it's hitting you really early." He mumbled. My eyes brows knitted together and he sighed. "When mates finally meet their bond starts to form. Over time ot get stronger. It gets to the point where they can't even sleep without each other. Usually it's the wolf that keep you awake. But I block Oliver out so I can sleep. But it looks like he's keeping you awake instead." He sounded slightly mad.
"Can I talk to him?" Slowly, green eyes took over his blue ones.
"I'm sorry." He whined dropping his head to my shoulder.
"I know you don't do it one purpose." I ran my fingers down his scalp. I know Oliver and Landon like it.
"I just miss you so much at night. Plus I can see you emotions so much better when you sleep near. I can keep up with keeping you happy. But he won't even stay in the same bed. He is to scared of you."
"Scared?" I asked amused.
"Yeah. He always worries about hurting you." He hummed while burying his face into my neck. I sat back so he was laying half on top and half on the bed. His warmth made me yawn. He isn't hurting me, he's helping me. I wish he would understand that. I yawned again and let my eyes flutter shut.
