"Yes... yes I'm fine! I promise- no! No, I don't have a head injury- MUM, WILL YOU PLEASE CALM DOWN... sorry for shouting... aw no please don't cry- I'll come home- what do you mean I can't?... What do you mean I have to make a living? Wow, okay you just don't want to see me? Bye" ending the call, you looked back up from your phone at the doctor who was listening in on the conversation you were having with your mother.

"Mothers, eh? Can't stop them from worrying..." you joked as you tried to break the awkward tension between you and the doctor.

"Right... erm, Miss L/N, you seem to be fine. You can work normally, maybe take a few breaks here and there" you nodded before standing up, thanking him and then heading out of the infirmary.

After arriving at Zeus and getting yourself accustomed to your room, one of the trainers was informed by your coach driver to have you examined just in case.

You tried to persuade them that you were fine and nothing serious had happened to you but obviously, the workers here in Zeus were very strict about everyone's health.

You remember reading an article about Zeus' heroes having the most injured because of the dangerous missions they've been sent on. To fight back, they decided to hire the most trained doctors and to have more health examinations throughout the year.

"Ugh, I should have asked for a pain killer" you muttered as you grabbed your head in pain slightly. You were told that the villain had super strength which made you realise why it had hurt so much when he grabbed you.

"Wait, didn't that hero guy have super strength too?" You asked aloud while heading to the staff room.

"Y/N! You're on the news!" One of the trainers who was your age exclaimed once he saw you come in.

Confused, you looked over to the large TV screen hanging on the wall and saw that it was showing what happened before with the villain.

"...helped me! If it wasn't for her, I would have definitely been caught up in that fight, thank you if you're watching" a woman came up on the screen and you realised it was the sobbing office girl who was hiding under the desk.

"You all must be wondering who defeated the villain and saved the locals from any serious damage. It was a Zeus hero by the name of Jeon Jungkook. Apparently, he had just started working at the Hero company but nonetheless is already making headlines..." you zoned out after that, thinking that the boy from before was a new recruit.

"He's going to be in so much trouble. He didn't even have his license on him" another trainer spoke up, also watching the news.

You weren't surprised at the comment made- he was definitely in trouble. Especially since the way he handled the situation, he would also get lectured about that too.

"Y/N, you can get the rest of the day off. It must have been tiring for you to have travelled all the way here in the storm and then get involved in a villain attack" the head trainer patted you on the back before heading out to return back to training his group. You were thankful that you got permission to get the rest of the day off, now you just had to inform Nightingale about your reason of absence.
