Come on! I had this down last week!"

"That's what happens when you don't practice it enough" you warned the hero.

"It was only two days! What am I going to do..." Jimin sighed out, already on his fourth attempt at trying to go 4 times as fast.

"Well, we're going to practice and practice until it becomes second nature to you. Then Namjoon will take you for further training" you tried to brighten his spirits by mentioning the elemental user and how he would be able to help him.

It was only the first day of bootcamp and you decided to come down and help after lunch. Everyone was already in the midst of training and getting to know everyone. Some of them already knew each other by going to the same hero academy but had to go to different companies. It was nice seeing the three famous hero companies get together and help one another.

"You're right! I can't waste my time doing nothing, let's go again!" The pink haired hero prepared himself to run down the track while waiting for your powers to also kick in. Now also determined, you cleared your throat before starting to hum a familiar melody. Once Jimin felt the energy course through him, he started to focus his energy on his feet before taking step forward. Pressing the timer, you watched as the younger ran with all his might to the end of the track before returning. Once he returned, you stopped the timer and saw that it took him 3.04 seconds.

"3.04 seconds!"

"Ugh! I should be 2 seconds faster!" The Eros hero kicked the track sand beneath him in frustration.

"What do you mean? You're a whole second faster! That's improvement" his time before was was 4.02 seconds, which was pretty fast and did look cool from the sidelines.

"I want to be so fast that it looks like I'm teleporting..."

"Why don't we take a break?" Nodding his head in agreement, Jimin left you to go get his bottle of water near the wall where he then sat and leaned against the wall to rest. He needs a towel... where did those towels go...?

You walked past the hard working heroes while trying to not get in their way as you headed over to the other side of the hall.

As soon as you arrived at the table of towels and reached to grab one, someone had beat you to it. Looking up to your right, you realised it was Seonghwa.

"Hey Y/N... I came to apologise for yesterday... I'm really sorry" he said while handing over the towel. Taking the towel, you smiled at how sincere he sounded and at how cute he was when apologising.

"It's okay, plus it wasn't your fault. You don't need to apologise so don't be scared of Namjoon anymore and don't be awkward around me" you threatened, making a laugh escape his lips.

"Okay, I'll try not to" suddenly, the sound of someone colliding with the wall filled the large hall. Everyone looked over to see an Athena hero laying on the floor, clearly in pain from the collision.

"Jungkook! What did we say about holding back during dueling?!" You heard Jaeho yell as he went over to the fallen hero. Jungkook huffed out in annoyance before walking away to get a drink.

"... did Jungkook apologise to you yet?"

"Mhm, he did last night" you answered the shapeshifter while making sure that the Zeus hero had calmed down.

"H-he did?... I'm finding that really difficult to believe" confused, you turned to him before asking a question.

"Really? He's apologised to me before"

"Oh... I only said that because I've never seen him give anyone an ounce of respect, not even our parents- oh..." he realised that he leaked out the news that his step brother had told him not to.

"I already know that you guys are step brothers, Jungkook told me last night" you responded nonchalantly while grabbing an extra towel.

"... I guess he must really trust you..."

"Hm? Sorry, I didn't get that" Seonghwa returned back to his smiling expression as he waved his hands at you.

"It's nothing! I have to get back to training now, see you later!" You waved goodbye with the towels in your hands and you were now happy that things were sorted out between the both of you.

You walked towards Jungkook who was currently sitting on the floor and leaning his head against the wall. Without saying anything, you placed the rolled up towel on his head which made him look up and smile when he saw it was you.

"Thanks, I needed this" opening up the towel, he patted his face and neck with it.

"Training hard I see" you pointed out before looking over at the stabilised hero from before who went flying to the wall because of the brunette.

"He should have blocked properly" sighing to himself, he stood up before grabbing your hand gently.

"What are you doing?"

"Checking your bandage, see if it's secure" your heart warmed at his action, knowing that he fully regretted what he did and that he wouldn't be able to forget about it anytime soon.

"It's secure, don't worry" you tried to reassure before removing his hands off your arm.

"Be careful of others bumping in to you" he smiled shyly before stuffing his hands in his pockets, trying to seem cool.

"Be careful of the person who actually caused you to get those bruises" the both of you turned your heads to the voice of which belonged to the ice mentor.

"Namjoon..." you warned, not liking his attitude already.

"It won't happen a second time" Jungkook stated, sure of himself he would never unconsciously do it.

"There shouldn't have been a first time" they both glared at each other in silence, making you roll your eyes at the irrational boys.

"Y/N!" The three of you and a few of heroes that were around, looked at Myunghee who was at the entrance of the training hall and looked she had just woken up.

"You are so dead!" She yelled before running towards you. Widening your eyes, you realised that she must have found out about being taken away by her trainees.

"Bye guys" and with that, you started to run away in the opposite direction to the angered girl.
