Our Reality [II]

 "Are you alright?" Rob asked me worried.

I looked at him and met his gaze.

"I'm alright." I told him.

"Are you sure Alice, you seem a bit off." Andrew told me.

I nodded and gave him a small smile.

"I'm alright; you have nothing to worry about." I told them as I slowly ate my food.

We heard some voices coming from outside before Lauren entered the bedroom with a baby girl in her arms followed by Eleanor who carried Kyle as well and Riley who looked less irritated then she was last night, I guess that's what a good night of sleep would do for her.

"So, this is baby Nichole?" I asked as I got up and walked closer to Lauren.

As I got closer to Lauren, she handed me the baby with a smile, she had Lauren's blonde hair which Lauren clearly dyed to make it orange and Rob's blue-grey eyes.

"She's so beautiful, she looks just like you Lauren, but she has your eyes Rob." I said as I cradled Nichole in my arms.

"Alice, I asked one of the guys to bring you a spare change of clothes, I felt them upstairs, Rob says that it should be something that you don't usually wear given the case that a lot of people are looking for you." Lauren told me.

I nodded and carefully handed back Nichole to Lauren before I headed upstairs.

Once there I quickly placed on the black knee socks, knee length boots, a white cropped top that had spelled in big bold letters 'pure'; after that I did a braid on my hairline and used Lauren's straightening iron to straighten my hair, to finish this look I did my makeup using mascara, wing out eyeliner and a dark red lipstick, once finished I headed downstairs where Kyle was awake and eager to be in my arms.

"That really suits you." Lauren said with a smile as she sat on Rob's lap and at the same time carried Nichole in her arms.

"Thanks." I said wincing as Kyle's weight applied some pressure to my wound.

"What's wrong?" Andrew asked me.

"It's nothing; I'm just a bit sore that's all." I said in a reassuring tone.

"Maybe you should stay until you feel better." Rob told me and Lauren nodded in agreement.

I shook my head.

"No, we can't afford to waste any more time." I told him apologizing.

"Alright, then I'll drive you to London, everyone will be searching for you here in the city." Rob told us.

I nodded; it was far too risky to leave with Rob's car since they would be searching for it everywhere.

"Of course, we'll leave in thirty minutes." I said before I started to fix Kyle's clothes.

"Are you sure you're going to be okay?" Rob asked as we started to gather our things, he had pulled over by the sidewalk.

"We'll be alright, so don't worry about anything." I said as I hid the gun on my back using my shorts.

"Be careful princess; all of you, okay?" Rob told me.

I nodded with a small smile.

"We will and I'll try to contact you as soon as I can, I don't want my enemies to target you, so I'll have to keep my distance." I told Rob as I hugged him tightly.

"Good luck." Rob told me before he left.

"Follow me." I told the rest as I took Kyle in my arms and ignoring the pain I started to walk faster.
