I was never going to get drunk again.

I knew that people would always say something like that but mainly they would swear that they would never drink again, as for me I simply stated that I would never get that drunk again, at least not anytime soon.

Last thing I remembered was coming home at early morning, stumbling across the door with Nicholas' arm around me, both equally drunk but as the vampire I am I was able to hold down my liquor unlike Nicholas who had started to puke his guts out after our fifth round of five quick shots each. I had woken up this morning with Nicholas in bed with me half of his body upside down dangling from bed, after recollecting my thoughts I had gotten up and taken a long shower that finally had me wide awake.

I stepped out of the steamy bathroom in nothing but a towel and entered my bedroom only to find Nicholas shirtless on his stomach moaning in pain.

"Get up Nic." I said loudly as I started to look for my undergarments.

"I hate you." Nicholas grunted.

I gave a small laugh as I looked at him.

"You hate me; now why would you do that after I gave you the best night of your life?" I asked in amusement.

Nicholas snapped his head up and glared at me, his eyes were bloodshot.

"Best night of my life? Ali you nearly poisoned me with alcohol last night, you should be grateful that I didn't die because of that." Nicholas told me.

I shook my head and rolled my eyes at him.

"Do you really think I would be stupid enough to let that happened? Now don't answer that question because I won't like what you have to say but truly this wasn't my fault entirely, you were begging for more last night, you even stole some of my shots." I told him.

"Well now I beg of you for mercy, just chop off my head. I'm sure that will hurt less compared to the massive headache I have." Nicholas complained making me shake my head; he was being such a wuss right now.

"That is called a hangover and it had a solution, I left you some very good pills in the bathroom, now get up and go take a shower." I told him.

Nicholas groaned in response.

"But I don't want to take a shower, why do I have to take a shower?" Nicholas asked.

I gave a sigh; he might be twenty-two years old but sometimes he behaved like a five-year-old.

"Because you smell like sweat, alcohol and vomit; now get up!" I said before my phone started ringing.

"Turn that bloody thing off; it's been ringing nonstop since I woke up." Nicholas groaned.

"This is my final warning Nicholas; go take a shower before I shower you myself even if it has to be here in the bed." I told him.

Nicholas looked at me with a sly smirk.

"You would love to do that wouldn't you?" He answered making me groan before I answered the phone.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Sister, it's me." Mason said through the phone.

"Oh, hello Mason, I wonder when you were going to call me." I said brightly before I gestured Nicholas to go to the bathroom not only so he could shower but also so I could get dressed.

"Are you alright, you sound a bit off you know?" Mason told me as I glared at Nicholas.

With a final groan Nicholas got off of the bed and went to the bathroom.
