"I see that you have met the little worm." William commented as he walked into the library.

"Let's go Augustus, it's past your bedtime." Kaley said as Louis picked him up and they left without a word.

"There was no need to be rude." I pointed out as William sat in his chair.

William stared at me with a grin as I leaned against the tainted blue wall near the window.

"If you ask me, they are the rude ones here, after all I'm letting them stay here in my castle." William told me and I rolled my eyes at him before I snickered.

"Is that how you call it now, you are holding them captive, they are here against their will." I said snapping at him after the anger once again threatened to spill over.

"It seems like with one gaze and they won you over." William spat angry and I simply glared at him.

"Let them go." I told him.

William stared at me blankly before he chuckled.

"Look at you, just like your grandmother you truly believe you can save the whole world? Really what makes you believe that? If my sister couldn't, then why would you?" William questioned me.

I set my jaw and simply stared at him.

"I'll make a deal with you." I told him as I crossed my arms in front of my chest.

"And what makes you think that anything you say will make me change my mind?" William said as he looked at me expectantly.

I slightly frowned and took a deep breath before I spoke.

"You'll let them go, you won't hurt a single person I care for and yes that includes Kaley's family, you'll let them be." I said in a string voice.

"And what will I get in exchange?" William asked displaying a slight interest in this newly formed deal.

I looked at him with a blank expression trying to show my strength and not pain for once.

"You'll get what you always wanted; me, I'll give you my blood, as much as you need, as long as you need it, you'll be able to bring your daughter back from the dead and I won't fight it." I said, the words slowly slipping from my lips.

"And what made you suddenly change your mind?" William asked me curiously.

I looked at him and gave a sigh.

"Isn't it obvious? Throughout my life I've learned to take advantage of every single situation in order to have things done the correct way, but clearly things aren't quite in my favor for me to be demanding things at the moment. So, what do you think?" I asked.

"What do I think?" William said loudly as he abruptly stood up from his chair.

I took a step back colliding against the wall as I took in a sharp breath.

"I think, that you have yourself a deal Alice." William said with a grin.

"Do you think it was a wise deal?" Kaley asked next to me.

I looked at Kaley meeting her nervous gaze as Louis who stood next to her carrying in his arms Augustus who was sound asleep, unaware of our current situation smiled at Kaley trying to calm his wife's nerves before I stared at the building ahead of us who's main lights were still on and let out a shaky breath.

"I really don't know anything right now, Kaley but it's almost dawn and I really want to get some sleep." I told her honestly.

Kaley slightly shivered before she took a deep breath and nodded.
