She was an Altean doctor.

He was sent to kill.

She was sent to Live.

Purple eyes meet Hazel eyes as their blades clash together not wishing to be slashed. 

Silence filled them both, the cries and screams of the harsh battle faded away. 

Time stopped as they looked to the other in surprise. 

A blush on their cheeks as they notice the other staring. 

Warmth filled their bodies. 

Love filled their hearts. 

But

Now she was just cold. 

Now she was alone.

Now she found him to be dead.

Now she was left with an empty promise. 

Now she was a thousand years into the future with his blood still over her battle armour. 

A scar on her left arm as his grip tighten when he took the blade to protect her. 

She felt so cold.

Her tears fell silently as the strangers told her about the ongoing war and how much things changed. She felt like ice was slowly climbing over her making her pure ice. 

Anger filled her eyes as she heard the name of her lover killer and the name of the man who sent him to destroy their love. 

Sendak killed her Keith and made her watch her lover die in her arms before his limp body pushed her slightly into a pod. 

Zarkon who learned of an Altean and Galra in one of his ships showing the two kinds could live in peace and joy. Zarkon who sent orders to kill them both making her feel so cold now. 

She wipe her cold tears that made her shiver before looking to her hands with her lover blood dried upon them. She looked to her left hip and notice her blade making her pull it out and cut her long hair that her lover found so soft and would always twist it around his finger when they cuddle up. 

Her green markings glowed as she promised to bring peace to the world her lover once loved before war destroy its beauty. 

She promised to meet her lover again once she had kill the men who took her hope away.

Her lover away.

She looked to the strangers before her noticing two other alteans and three that seemed to be human. She placed her sword blade back in its sheath and stepped forwards.

"Pidge Kogane" She smiled softly as she held our her hand with a old ring around wedding finger. 

"Kogane" one in black armour asked in shock and turned to a male in red armour making her freeze.

"Keith" She whispered in surprise and sadden eyes.

"wait you know Keith but we just found your pod floating in space" A male in yellow armour mumbled and she looked to the ground.
