"goof" Pidge smirked as she tap Lance cheek leaving grease.

"you did not just grease me little pidgin" Lance asked with a teasing grin and acting surprise.

"and maybe i did" Pidge replied with a cheeky grin and lance placed his fingers in the oil can before turning to her with a goofy grin.

"oh, this is war" Lance mutter and tap her nose leaving an oil print.

"you asked for it" Pidge smirked and covered her fingers in oil before getting his arm. 

"Pidgin" Lance laughed and the two had a small oil war before freezing as shiro came walking into the green lion hanger seeing them both covered in oil and grease.

"do i want to know" Shiro asked with worry and the just glanced to each other before laughing.

"he started it" Pidge yelled like a child making Lance turn to her.

"oh no didn't, she attacked first" Lance huffed back, crossing his arms. 

"well allura wants to see us, i would say get cleaned up but no time" Shiro smiled as he rolled his eyes at the two.

"hey, maybe you can loosen Allura heart strings now" Pidge teased and started to run.

"hey" Lance yelled and ran after the girl. 

"Pidge dont tease lance about his love fails, even if that was a good one" Shiro grinned and pidge giggled while lance just stuck his tongue out. 

The three reached the control room where the other two paladins and two alteans stood waiting. They turned to the two paladins covered in oil and grease, wondering if they should ask or look the other way. Keith just smirked while he lifted his eyebrow at pidge who turned away.

"it was totally lance fault" She smirked and walked over to Keith.

"oh dont lie, as sexy as i do covered in oil and grease, everyone knows i wouldn't volunteered to get all dirty" Lance grinned back and Pidge giggled.

"sure becuase no one else can look so good while covered in oil" Pidge teased and Lance chuckled.

"well I'm glad you think so" Lance teased back and pidge playfully rolled her eyes.

"are you two gonna stop flirting or what" Keith asked with a teasing smirk and the two blushed slightly. 

"so what did you call us for" Hunk asked with a kind smile. 

"we will be sneaking onto another galra ship and saving some prisoners" Allura smiled and the others all just listened as she kept talking about the upcoming mission. 

"oh that reminds me of" Coran started to talk about the good old days making all the paladins roll their eyes while coran ramble and Allura talked about how important the mission was. 

"wanna sneak out" Pidge whispered as she sneaked over to lance who grinned before nodding. He took pidge hand and walked her out of the room whiles the others were distracted. 

"come on, we can play games in my room" Lance grinned and pidge giggled. The two kept running until they reached lance door and rushed in. Lance setting the game up while pidge pulled off his blankets for them to snuggle under. 

Hours passed and the two just kept teasing each other and laughing. After a while lance felt pidge rest her head on his arm making him glance down to find her asleep, a soft smile on his lips as he pulled the blanket over her more.

"if only i could use these greasy fingers to open your heart for me" Lance whispered with a sweet smile before stealing a kiss.
