Her Velociraptors - Part 2 - JamesxPidge.

James woke up to something licking him, he soon opened his eyes to find Lance licking his small cut on his head. Lance jumped back as James shot up in a panic and looked around noticing no one on the walls or could he hear anyone nearby. 

"where Pidge" James asked with worry as he knew she was in the cage during the attack. 

He watched as Keith limped over before licking his wound.

"they took her" James asked and Shiro nodded, he notice all four Velociraptors seemed beaten up proving they fought with the soldiers who took pidge. 

"Arp" Hunk barked as James stood up.

"I'll save her" James smiled and looked to the worried Velociraptors. 

"Arp" Keith barked next as he limped over to James trying to come with.

"your all injured, stay here and rest. I'll bring her back" James promised and patted Keith who didnt bite his hand off. 

"Ark" Lance bark next and James patted all of them before heading towards the slightly opened gate only big enough for him to squeeze in. 

He walked silently as he notice army trucks and cars parked all around and notice the small building not far from the cage lights were all on. He knew that was where pidge was being kept, She was the only human out of everyone they killed who needed to stay Alive. She was the only to bond with the Velociraptors and control them as weapons but Pidge didnt treat them as weapons but as family. James snuck inside after taking down one of the soldiers, he might have been in the track club but he didnt know how to fight. 

He stoke the soldier uniform before hiding the body under a truck and heading inside. He walked around like he was patrolling making him go unnoticed by the other soldiers guarding the area. He walked towards the direction of a loud yells from what he was guessing the soldier in charge. He smiled as he got closer and heard Pidge sassy replies, he froze as he heard a slap echo the hall. 

Just because they needed her alive doesn't mean they needed her unharmed and it seemed the man in charge was liking that wall. James took a deep breath to control his anger before knocking on the door.

"enter" the soldier voice growled.

"Sir, A call" James lied as he held a broken phone.

"come in" the soldier replied and Pidge eyes shined as she notice James but acted like she never saw him before.

"Sir" James mutter as he handed the phone.

"what's wrong with this phone, i dont hea" the soldier started to say before James wacked him over the head with the back of a gun. 

"i thought they killed you with the rest" Pidge whispered with worry.

"so did i but Hunk and the other boys saved me" James smiled as he ran over to pidge and untied her. He notice her cheek bruising and frowned. 

"I'm fine, we must call the main base and warn them the soldiers are have gone rogue and are trying to steal my boys" Pidge replied with a small smile and James nodded.

"stay close with me, i think we can sneak out by the fire exit stairs" James smiled and he headed to the door but stopped as he notice pidge walk over to the pass out soldier, kicking him in the stomach before stealing the room keys.

"We dont want him getting out now" Pidge grinned and the two walked out before Pidge locked the door. She held James hand as they ran to the fire exit before they both escape and ran back to the Velociraptors cage. It was an open area but thanks to Pidge knowing the codes and placing the cage on lock down no one else would get in, not even from above since she closed the clear roof. 

"i check on the boys, you call it in" James smiled and Pidge nodded before running to the red phone built in the cage. 

"Arp" Shiro barked as James ran over to the floor and the four Velociraptors looked worried when they saw no pidge around. 

"dont worry, she safe. She just calling for help" James smiled and Soon pidge came running over.

"they on their way and it seems my brother very pissed off over someone hurting his baby sister" Pidge smirked and James chuckled. He heard of her sister being a high rank and scary stories of what he done to others in the pass but never actually met him. 

"Arp" Keith barked and ran at Pidge jumping on her before the other three did the same and Pidge giggled.

"I'm ok, sorry for scaring you" Pidge smiled sweetly and hugged all four who snuggle into her touch. 

Ten minutes and soon yelling was heard along with gunshot before silence took over. Until a knock was heard on the clear roof and they looked to find a man that looked just like pidge but with no freckles and longer hair. 

"Matt" Pidge grinned and waved to her brother before taking James hand and running to the controls opening the gate and running out. 

"Hey sis, sorry if we late" Matt smiled and hugged his sister before seeing James.

"who is he" Matt asked with worry.

"James, the Velociraptors trust him" Pidge smiled brightly and Matt seemed impressed. 

"where are the boys, i missed their hug attacks" Matt asked with a grin and soon went running toward the Cage before the two hearing his groaning in pain and laugher over being doggy piled on by the Velociraptors.

"so, what now" James asked as he looked to pidge.

"well matt was thinking of letting the boys free in this area. Of course i would have to check on them daily and maybe live in a small house by the cage but it wouldn't be so bad if you join me" Pidge mumbled with a blush as she glanced to a surprise James.

"me" James mutter.

"well it seems i might have fallen in love with you and well i wouldn't mind spending my life with you" Pidge replied with a warm smile and a blush over her cheeks.

"i wouldn't mind living with the girl i love" James smiled warmly with a slight blush and pulled Pidge into a sweet loving kiss not seeing Matt or the four Velociraptors standing outside the cage watching.

"Arp" Keith, Shiro, Lance and Hunk bark before running at the two and jumping on them out of excitement. 

"it seems they ship you both" Matt grinned and the new couple laughed. 

Well not every family is perfect 

But a family with two younger lovers and four Velociraptor were perfect in their eyes

And 

a family with a married couple, four Velociraptors and three children seemed even more perfect in their eyes as they years passed.
