"why dont you try and escape" Kuro asked as he looked to the girl who sat on his bed playing on a galra tablet she stole. 

"should you be asking your prisoner why they haven't escape, i mean wont it be bad if i did escape well for you guys anyway" Pidge replied and looked up from the tablet.

"yeah but most prisoners wouldn't escape from their cell daily just to hang out in their enemy single room while they on patrol" Kuro replied crossing his arms.

"well why do you keep letting me escape from my cell, i mean you could break my hands or legs to stop me from sneaking into your room while your on patrol or training" Pidge mumbled back.

"your the green paladin of voltron, shouldn't you be trying to get back to voltron and help end this war instead of hanging in my room all day just chilling" Kuro sighed. 

"I'm no longer the green paladin, i already know about voltron making matt the new green paladin a day after you kidnapped me. If i return it would just cause trouble for the team and the green lion might not even want me back. Its easier if just sit this one out and send the team galra info once a week making them this its from a blade member" Pidge explained and Kuro frowned.

"i knew you were still hacking the ship for info but i didnt expect you to be brave enough to send it to voltron.  Can i stop you from sending anything else" Kuro grumbled and walked over to the shorter women taking the tablet from her.

"killing me might work but i kinda dont wanna die .. yet" Pidge replied with a small smile. 

"you really are something" Kuro smirked. 

"thanks" Pidge grinned and swing her legs over the side so she was siting on the edge of the bed making room for kuro to sit down. 

"are you really willing to just hang in the galra ship until the end of the war or until you die" Kuro asked with slight worry, he might have been an evil clone of shiro and voltron enemy but he grew close to the green paladin during his mission. He did care for her slightly as he spent many nights with her in the green hanger. He enjoyed his moments with her and he wasn't meant to kidnap her when he had to complete his mission but he took her on impulse when he didnt want to leave her. 

"where else can i go, if i escape to a planet voltron has saved then their a chance voltron might see me. Matt seems happy as the green paladin and as much as i miss them they seem a better team. Plus matt loves shiro and shiro loves matt, now the real shiro back they can be together and be with each other everyday. If i return and the green lion do accept me then matt will be forced to be a rebel again. Its best if they keep thinking I'm dead" Pidge sighed and looked to her lap. 

"i cant protect you once Zarkon or Haggar hears the news of you being alive still, i was meant to have killed you as soon as voltron got a new green paladin. Please escape" Kuro replied desperate. 

"I'm sorry but id rather die spending my last days with you then watching voltron fall" Pidge spoke with a sadden smile.

"i cant love you" Kuro warned.

"but i can love you" Pidge smiled softly.

"i do love you" Kuro mutter with sadness.

"i know" Pidge whispered and rested her head on his arm. 

"but we cant be, I'm a clone of the man your brother loves. I'm not like the real shiro and i cant defeat the evil within me" Kuro mumbled. 

"i love you for you, evil as well. Just let me stand with you for the little time i may have left and promise me that once this war is over you'll start your own life" Pidge smiled sweetly and held his hand. 

"i promise" Kuro whispered and glanced to the one he loved. 

"i better get back to my cell, the guard will be panicking if I'm not back by night call" Pidge grinned and stood up noticing kuro not letting go of her hand. 

"take care" Kuro weakly smiled.

"as long as your careful on your missions" Pidge smiled and he let her hand go watching her walk out of his door.
