She stood on the edge of the cliff, the moonlight shining over her like she was an angle.

Her short hazel hair waving in the wind and her hazel eyes shining under the stars. 

Her normal green and white jumper was stained by the man she love blood.

A mission going south, she blamed herself.

She looked to her stained hands that held a note before placing it down by the cliff under her space phone. 

She made a mistake, a mistake that killed him.

She made a mistake of telling him how she truly felt before he took his last breath in her arms. 

Tears fell from her eyes as she looked to the stars, only seeing his bright warm smile. 

She would no longer hear his cheeky but adorable laugh again.

She would no longer see his goofy grin.

She would no longer hear his silly flirts.

She would no longer see his ocean blue eyes.

She would no longer see him. 

She still loves him more then anything but she wasn't as strong as he was. 

She broke as he chased the other women.

She cried as he dated the princess.

She lost herself as she was nothing more then his garrison friend. 

A soft smile laid on her lips as she thought of him once more.

How warm his arms felt as he wrapped around her.

How joyful his laugh was as they played video games.

How bright his smile seemed when they talked.

How handsome he truly was in her eyes. 

Her feet took a step forward feeling the edge of the cliff. 

Her body sending warning sounds all over to try and stop her. 

Her brain flooding with the good memories she had in her life but must filled by him. 

Her breath became uneven as she fought back the painful emotions. 

Her tears fell quicker as she lost all hope. 

She closed her eyes letting the last of her tears fall silently.

A warm smiled on her lips.

"Pidgin" his voice echoed in her ears as she took the last step forward.

She opened her eyes once more to look at the night sky, that seemed so close to earth. 

She kept a warm smile on her lips as she knew she would be free.

"i love you" Her soft voice whispered towards the moon who would shine, even if she died. 

She was free but she was dead. 

The paladins didnt find her until the next morning where it was too late to save her. 

The man she loved was the one who found her, he wasn't dead thanks to the pod but no one thought to pass the green paladin such news. 

He went looking for her after hearing her confession before he blacked out.

But all he found was her phone and a note before looking down to her body. 

She looked at peace and no longer seemed pain but he was left alone as he tears fell.

He could have saved her but he was too late.
