Why Me - Part 2 - Kidge.

A thousand years have Passed and Pidge found herself standing in the castle of lions looking at another three paladins of voltron known as humans. Three males known as Lance, Hunk and Matt. Lance was the paladin for the blue lion, hunk was the paladin for the yellow lion and Matt was the paladin for the black lion. 

Pidge was given the green lion but then again she had the green lion since its former paladin was killed in battle after the castle of lions was sent away. King Alfor gave her orders to protect the princess and Coran until the next paladins of voltron showed up but no one expect her to live for a thousand years. She stopped ageing after she turned twenty years old and she spent those thousand years in the castle all alone just waiting to die. 

Now the princess was awoken along with Coran and the two was teaching the three humans how to be a paladin and how to form voltron. Pidge she already bonded with green over the thousand years, well she looked after all the five lions meaning they all didnt mind her and even let them enter them when she was giving them check ups. She grew close to the red lion as well, it reminded her of Keith slightly and even if she wasn't the red lion paladin it was nice to have something close to Keith around her. She also learned the green and red lion was dating, so she also been a third wheel for a thousand years. 

"pidgin" Lance called with a grin as he waved his hand before her face snapping her out of her thoughts.

"yes Lance" Pidge sighed.

"when i escape the galra ship i had help from a blade of Marmora member, he told me to come find him once i found the other paladins. Do you know how to reach them" Matt asked with a sweet smile.

"nope" Pidge lied and pulled up her halo, of course she knew where the blade of Marmora base was, she knew where all of the bases were and are. She wanted to visit Keith so many times before she found out she wouldn't die .. well not yet. But she was scared to face him, he almost died in her arms and she was the cause of it. She was scared she might really lose him if she saw him again and stayed hidden. 

"liar, the lions all just spoke to us saying you do" Lance grinned.

"traitors, I wont be giving you any belly rubs for weeks" Pidge yelled and the lions roared from their hangers. 

"please dont fight with the lions" Hunk mumbled with worry.

"you knew of the blade of Marmora" Coran asked with a small smile.

"yes, when i was captured i became close to one but he would be gone now. I haven't gone near any blades since i escape the galra and i dont think i can" Pidge frowned and looked to the old bandana on her wrist.

"was that his" Matt asked and Pidge nodded.

"I'm sorry pidge i know it must be hard but Matt says this blades could help us end this war and even find a red paladin" Hunk replied and Pidge took a deep breath.

"Fine, i just sent the address to the controls. But we take red to the base since they only allowed one ship to enter" Pidge replied.

"but no one can fly red" Allura replied with worry.

"Red will fly us, i always had a feeling he felt something towards the blades and maybe they have the red paladin inside. Red will find them and call them forth to us" Pidge replied and the others nodded.
