"are we dead" Hunk asked with worry as the small group walked, looking at the shorter women who walked slightly ahead in the woods.

"I wished" She grumbled as two of the three males wouldn't stop complaining. 

"how far until we reach the save house" Lance groaned making her wonder how a certain two of them even got accepted in being the V Unit, a special unit made by only the top ranks in the world and a unit kept hidden by the world. They meant to be the best, ghosts who save the world and yet two of them have been complaining for the last six hours since they had to go on the run after the goverment decided the V Unit wasn't needed anymore. 

"will you stop complaining, we being hunted down and thankfully pidge knows a place we can lay low until they give up looking for us" Shiro the leader sighed as he was starting to get annoyed. 

The group was stopped by a trig snapped not too far away making everyone but pidge look towards the direction. When they turned back a man with a red bandana cover his face held a blade to her throat, his left hand on her hip. Lance and Hunk panic slightly while Shiro stood worry over how calm she was being at knife point. 

"who are you" the stranger growled as he glared to the three males. 

"by your hand being on my hip, i think you already know or did you just want to play dirty" Pidge smirked as she glanced to the stranger who eyes shined when looking at her. 

"Its been awhile Katie" He whispered in her ear making her blush and the other three awkwardly standing since they didnt hear him but just watched pidge blush.

"wanna put your knife away" Shiro asked with a small smile and watched the stranger place his knife back in his sheath. 

"everyone meet Keith my boyfriend who we gonna be crashing with for a while" Pidge smiled softly and her boyfriend eyes widen while turning to her.

"crashing at my shack" He asked unsure.

"yep, we being killed off and your the safest place on earth. Please for me" She replied and her eyes pleading while she held his hand. 

"just this once but they better now get in the way of my own work" He sighed and she grinned.

"we wont, thank you" She smiled sweetly and kissed his bandana covered cheek. 

"wait you have a boyfriend" Lance asked stunned.

"yep, we been together since we were seventeen, so about six years now" She smiled brightly and held her boyfriend fingerless leather gloved hand. 

"so why haven't you spoken about this boyfriend before" Hunk asked with a slight smile.

"I'm an assassin and she a ghost in the system, do you think it would be a good idea to admit that we both had someone we love" Keith sighed and looked at the three males, checking them over and making sure they were not harmless in his eyes or even having a chance at winning pidge over. 

"well we can talk more, i think its best to make our way to your room instead of hanging out in the middle of the woods" Shiro smiled slightly. 

"dont worry shiro, these woods dont even exist on any map in the world and unless you know these woods by heart you'll never find his shack. Its like a ghost woods" Pidge replied and Keith nodded. 

"but the wolves will kill you if you show weakness and as i could hear these two complaining miles away, its best if we move" Keith sighed and started walking, leading the way while holding pidge hand. 

Shiro, Hunk and Lance walked in silence while pidge and Keith talked to each other. They mostly talked about their jobs and what happened since they last saw each other, joking about the little things. They both seemed happy even if they had to keep their love hidden in the eyes of the world.
