Werefox - Part 2 - Shidge.

Its been nearly six months since pidge started living with shiro and something was bugging him. Once a month on a full moon, Pidge would just disappear for the night and suddenly be back acting like she didnt just suddenly disappear for the night. 

But this month, Shiro was going to try and catch her before she leaves or at least follow her. He knew he should respect her privacy but he wanted to make sure she wasn't in trouble or hiding anything important that he could help with. He just wanted to see why she always disappeared and why she never told him why or acted like she never disappeared when he tries to ask. 

But what he didnt expect was him handcuffing her to the bed stand. He didnt mean to handcuff her but she was trying to sneak out his bedroom window while she thought he was showering and he panic. He stood surprised at himself and feeling fully guilty for what he just did while Pidge stared at him in shock. 

"sorry" He mutter embarrassed and ashamed.

"are you going to take the cuff off or what" Pidge asked as she sat on his bed, her left arm cuffed to the bed stand. 

"i will once you tell where you were planning to disappear every full moon" Shiro mumbled back crossing his arms. 

"can we do this tomorrow please" Pidge begged as she pulled on the handcuff.

"no, you keep disappearing every full moon for  the past five months and then i wake up to find you back acting like you didnt just run off. I'm worried about you pidge" Shiro replied with a frown and looked to the shorter werefox. 

"shiro please, i need to go" Pidge pleaded as she glanced to the window noticing it getting darker. 

"Please Pidge, i just need to know your safe" Shiro mutter as he knee beside her reaching his hand to hold her right one.

"dont touch me" Pidge growled making Shiro fall back slightly in shock.

"pidge" Shiro mutter in shock.

"s-sorry but please i cant have you touch me and i need to go before it starts" Pidge begged as she rattle her cuffs.

"start, what are you talking about" Shiro asked confused. 

"shiro while some werewolf's turn on a full moon, werefoxs go into heat for the night. Its our one night of the month used for mating and finding a life mate" Pidge mutter with a slightly blush on her cheeks. 

"oh" Shiro blushed as he looked to pidge who glanced away slightly embarrassed. 

"um shiro" Pidge mutter not looking at him but shaking her cuffed hand.

"oh right yeah, sorry" Shiro mumbled and quickly got the keys un-cuffing her. 

"t-thanks" Pidge whispered as she rubbed her once cuffed hand while standing up.

"so did you find a mate" Shiro asked shyly.

"no, i just hide up since well i already thought of someone i wouldn't mind staying with but i don't think he would like me like that and well i just hide up in your garden shed until morning" Pidge ramble back and held her arm. 

"oh i see, so you really were still at my home, well i guess i see you in the morning .. just um call if something happens and all" Shiro replied rubbed his neck while a blush stays on his cheeks.

"thanks shiro" Pidge smiled softly and started climbing on his window.

"no worries pidge" Shiro smiled gently but frown as Pidge face heated up and she quickly jumped out, running to the shed. 

"i wonder who she wants as her mate for life" She mumbled slightly depressed as he sat on his bed. 

Shiro soon got ready for bed and laid staring at his ceiling. He was thinking of pidge, he was thinking over what she said about a life mate and how she was already thinking of someone. He wonder who this guy was and why wouldn't he like her back. Pidge is smart, sassy, strong, funny and just beautiful. Who wouldn't fall in love with her and want to stand by her side forever. Shiro tensed as he just realised something he really shouldn't have or should he have. 

Shiro sat up turning towards his open window, looking towards the small shed at the end of his garden. He wondered if she was ok, he knows about animals heat since school was kind enough to scar him for life with a video during class. He wonder if she had at least a blanket on the ground since it was cold outside and the shed was old. He wonder if he could do anything to help her but wasn't sure if he would just make it worse. 

Shiro groaned as he laid back down in his bed thinking he was the biggest idiot alive. He closed his eyes, wondering if he was born the biggest idiot or just grown into the title. He pulled the cover up slightly as he felt the cold wind as a breeze snuck through his opened window. He would normally have a pidge cuddle up to his side right now, both sharing each other warmth and kicking the cover down until their wastes. 

God shiro really was thinking how much of an idiot he was. As he laid thinking of how much of an idiot he was, he didnt realise someone sneaking through the open window. He didnt notice them until he felt the bed dip beside him. He was going to open his eyes until he heard pidge whimper and rubbed her head against his arm. He stayed laying still with his eyes closed, not really sure what to do or how to react. 

"shiro" She whispered in a tempting voice making him really fight his inner self. 

God he thought once he became an adult he wouldn't have to worry over hormones anymore but guess he was wrong. He felt like a teenage boy all over again and was fighting himself as much as he could. He knew this wasn't pidge, this was pidge looking for a life mate. But what he didnt expect was for pidge to nibble on his ear. Shiro eyes shot open to find her smiling at him as her eyes shined in the moon light. He couldn't help but find her gorgeous and yet he wonder if she always had slightly pointy teeth but then again she was a werefox.

He glanced to her letting his gentle grey eyes meet with her shining hazel eyes. He took a deep breath before sitting up and ruffling her hair before laying her down and getting out of the bed. Shiro loved her and he wanted to love her when she was in full control. He pulled the cover over her as she huddle up on his bed, her nose twitching at his scent. He gave her a small smile before leaving the room and jumping on the sofa.

He woke up in the morning to pidge cooking breakfast and making two cups of tea. He smiled gently as he watched while leaning on the kitchen doorway. He chuckled as she hummed a tone and her tail wagged to the beat in her head. She turned to him with a bright smile before passing him one of the cup of teas.

He knew that one day she might leave him but for now, he was happy being with her and having these small moments.
