S2 E20: The Plan

The first place Mister Bug thought to go was Alya's apartment, assuming she'd be home at eight o'clock in the evening. So, the blond soared through the sky, not able to enjoy the wind on his face as he usually would. When he reached the building, he gazed through the window to find both Alya and Nino snuggled against one and other on the couch, playing Super Penguino on a tablet. This will make it easier for him.

Mister Bug tapped on the window cautiously, speaking in a whisper-yell. "Hey, guys!"

Alya looked up from the tablet, tugging her boyfriend's shirt. "Nino, we have company." She jumped up from the couch, opening the window to allow him in. "Hello, Cat Noir! Mister Bug is looking good on you tonight! Did you guys swap Miraculous again? Is Lady Noire here with you?"

The situation was starting to get to Mister Bug as his emerald eyes fell to the floor and noticeably welled with tears. "N-No, she's not."

Nino frowned, placing a hand on his his friend's shoulder, causing him to look up. "What's wrong, dude?"

The blond smiled sadly, offering the two their miraculous. "Rena Rouge, Carapace, I really need your help."

Nino accepted his miraculous without question. However, Alya had many to ask.

"You know our identities? Did Ladybug tell you?" she inquired. "Why do you have her miraculous? Where is Ladybug?"

Mister Bug exhaled. "Alya, I will explain everything once we gather everyone together, but if we don't hurry, their won't be a Ladybug anymore."

Alya's eyes widened as she gave no response, quickly opening her miraculous box and retrieving the pendant, and thus releasing the fox kwami.

"Sorry, Trixx," Alya told the orange furred kwami. "I'd love to stay and chat, but Ladybug needs our help."

Trixx nodded. "No apology needed. Just say the words."

"Trixx, let's pounce!"

Wayzz was released from his bracelet now placed on Nino's wrist. "Let's do this, buddy. Wayzz, shell on!"

And just like that, Rena Rouge and Carapace stood before the blond, utterly outstanding him. His best friends had been his allies this entire time.

"Now, we have three more people to collect." Mister Bug grabbed three more miraculous boxes from the yo-yo. "For the sake of time, I'll trust you each to get one and then meet up again."

"Okay, so who do we have to get?" asked Rena.

"Ryuko, Viperion, and Queen bee." Mister Bug says.

"Not Chloé!" The other two said in perfect unison.
