• Birthday Problem •

Two months have past , Anne and Gilbert hadn't seen each other for a long time due to all the studying for a huge test at the end of the year. It was in June but Gilbert and Anne always made sure they would get top of the class.

It was almost March 5th and you know what that is, Anne's birthday!

Gilbert had something surprised for her , seeing that they hadn't seen each other for a long time.

Him and Diana has been meeting up occasionally. Today was March 4th , the last day they could get everything in order.

"You have the flowers?" Diana had a check board , asking Gilbert and the rest of the group everything they had.

"Yes"

"The cake?"

"Should be here at 11:00 am tomorrow, like you guy asked" Ruby nodded her head and smiled .

"Thank YOu, most importantly , do we have the banner?" Diana looked at everyone with her eyebrows raised.

"Yep , right here" Gilbert turned around and picked up a roll of paper. He unfolded it . It had

'Happy birthday Anne, from your true kindred spirits' . Diana smiled and laughed in excitement, she checked 'banner' off of the list and asked for more things.

" do we have the bread, chips and raspberry cordial?"

"Yes, I made sure it wasn't red wine" Diana frowned . She hated that moment in her life , when she couldn't see Anne for weeks .

"Yes well now that that's over , who's getting Anne and what's the plan?" Everyone

all moved into a circle.

"Diana, you should get Anne . I would suggest Gilbert but you two haven't been speaking recently, has anything been happening?" Charlie suggested.

"Anne and I are fine , we've both been focused on the test . We've talked a lot but not as much as we used to." Charlie noticed how sad Gilbert was getting talking about not speaking with Anne for a while. He liked her a lot.

"Gilbert I have an idea. Diana you could tell Anne the Gilbert is hurt and can't move. I she asks you were walking over to her house and saw him laying on the ground." Gilbert suddenly smiled . " Why Charlie that's lying!" Ruby exclaimed.

"Well Yes, she won't believe us anyways. Then when Anne and Diana are running to wear you supposedly fell. Then when she sees you you know Anne, she'll want to run to you and give you a hug. Then you'll tell her to close her eyes and lead her to us!" Jane said whilst laughing.

"That sounds wonderful. I can't wait to see her again" .

Everyone felt badly for Gilbert , he was. Hopelessly in love with Anne. She told everyone that she would never marry because she was such a witch. Redhead and freckles were out of the question.

Gilbert just didn't understand Anne sometimes. Her hair was like a sunset , her freckles was like constellations and her smile, her smile warmed his heart every time he looked at her. She wasn't skinny to Gilbert , she was perfect to him.

It was morning, the birds were chirping and the sun was warm. Anne woke up and jumped out of her bed. " hello dear snow queen. I finally made it , I'm seventeen" Anne smiled to herself at opened her window. She stared at the trees and all the little creatures . She loved nature , one day it could be raining and the next the sunniest day on earth. Nature changes , always. That's what Anne loved about it . It was never the same every day.
