"Cole help me with this will you?" Anne Asked Cole. She was putting on her dress which fit her perfectly. She had planned to put flowers all through her hair.
"Ah I'm so excited. I never thought I'd see the day where you and Gilbert get married. Oh scratch that! of course I did" Cole said. He was so ecstatic with the fact that they were getting married. He had some news but didn't want to say anything just I case it spoils Anne's day.

"Blythe you can do this. Deep breath in, deep breath out" Bash said. Gilbert was walking in circles around the dining room table. He was so excited that he was nervous. He'd never been more nervous. Don't get him wrong, he couldn't wait to marry Anne. Just the fact that he didn't want to mess up and he wanted everything to be perfect for Anne.
"I just can't believe you are actually getting married to her. I mean all you used to do once you got home from school was talk about her and even though she used to never speak to you, you insisted to become friends with her" Bash stopped speaking before he could say anything else. "What? What is it?" Gilbert asked wondering why bash had stopped.
"I FOUND MY BEST MAN SPEECH" Bash shouted in excitement. Gilbert nodded his head with a little chuckle.
"Blythe am I allowed to embarrass you a little tonight?" Bash Asked hoping the answer would be a yes.
"Why would you. Never mind that was a dumb question. So I guess sure" Gilbert said before he left the room to get his suit. Bash was even more excited than he was before.

"Stop fidgeting Anne! The flowers won't go in to your hair if you keep moving!" Diana said in annoyance but still friendly. "They just tickle is all" Anne said between her laughing a little.
"Well you were the one who wanted flowers in your hair" Cole said behind them while reading a newspaper. All of a sudden someone knocked at the door. All three of them looked confused seeing as no one was supposed to be there until 4:00pm.
"I'll get it" Cole said in confusion. As he sat up from the chair and placed the newspaper down on the vanity Anne and Diana were at he then made his way to the door.
To his surprise someone wasn't there for Anne or Diana, but for him.
"Cole! I've been trying to reach you all day!" A man said from outside the room. Both Anne and Diana turned around. The man had brown hair and blue eyes. He had flowers in his hands and was wearing a suit and tie.
"Who's this?" Diana asked with complete confusion. Cole turned around to meet the mans eyes.
"I'm he's my bea- friend. I met him when I was in Charlottetown this summer" Cole saved himself thinking that Anne and Diana would only judge him if he had said the thing he really wanted to say.
"Uh yes hello. My name is David , David Linn. Oh these are for the bride. Cole told me he was going to a wedding so I figured it was the least I could do" David smiled and handed Anne the flowers.
"Thank you! Why haven't we heard more about him cole?" Anne asked as she smelled the flowers.
"Well you both were so caught up with wedding planning that I didn't want to bother you" Cole lied.
"You were planning with us almost half the time" Diana said. Which was correct. Cole just didn't want to say what David had decided to say.
"Well were courting" David said with a smile. Both Anne and Diana mouths dropped open. Cole expected that reaction, but to his surprise it wasn't for the reason he thought it would be.
