•Days and Days•

"Anne!!" Cole shouted from outside of green gables. There was only 2 more weeks until the wedding and Anne was completely freaking out. Her dress had about one more week left until it was finished. Since Marilla, Rachel and Diana helped out it made the process go a lot faster. Ruby Gillis  decided to help them out as well. Her and Moody had important news but they wanted to wait until Anne and Gilbert's wedding was over.

Gilbert was freaking out as well. He did pick out his suit which made him so much more calmer. Anne and Gilbert decided to keep up Gilbert's dads tradition and not see each other a week before the wedding. They had one week left to see each other so they'd be spending a lot of time together.

"What Cole! It's like 7:00 in the morning! I just want sleep." Anne yelled out from her bedroom window. Cole rolled his eyes at the girl. She used to wake up the earliest she could! Now all she wants to do is sleep.

"Well would you come down here? The girls and I have a surprise for you" Cole shouted again. This time Anne agreed to come down. She quickly shut the window and got changed. Cole waited on the porch very impatiently.

"Okay, where on earth are you taking me?" Anne Asked. Cole had said that Anne would shut her eyes that way it would be more of a surprise once they arrived.

"Well now if I told you it wouldn't be very much of a surprise now would it?" Cole joked. Anne took a deep breath and nodded her head.

They finally arrived which felt like forever. "Okay are you ready?" Cole asked. Anne nodded her head with a laugh before opening her eyes. Just before her was all of her friends. Jane, Ruby, Diana, Tillie and Josie. Her and Josie weren't the best of friends but they are kind to on another.

"What- What is this?" Anne Asked in shock. She looked around the place. There was a table full of pastries and another with presents.

"Well it's your bridle shower of course!" Ruby said with an excited tone in her voice. Cole smiled at Anne who was still stunned. "This looks absolutely divine. How did you do this in such little time?" Anne Asked. She seemed to have a lot of questioned.

"Well Cole told us yesterday that we should plan something for you" Diana spoke up. All the girls nodded their heads, including Joise who seemed to be enjoying herself.

"I thought it would be a fun way to spend our last time together before you become an adult like Ruby and Diana over there" Cole says as he points to the two girls standing beside each other laughing.

"Thank you guys so so much!" Anne said as she walked closer to them. "You didn't have to get me presents either!" Anne added.

"Well I mean we kind of did." Diana said she grabbed the rectangular shaped box and walked over to Anne. She handed her the box with a smile.

"What's this?" Anne asked surprised seeing how big it was. "Open it" Diana said quickly, looking around to the other girls and Cole who had the same smile on their faces.

Anne nodded her head and took off the lid and gasped. It was her wedding dress. It was finished a week early. "How did you do this? I thought you still had to do the sleeves!" Anne exclaimed as she looked at Diana.

"I did, until Jane and Tillie decided to help us out." Diana smiled at her bosom friend who was now crying of happiness. Jane and Tillie nodded their heads in agreement, Cole took out the dress and laid it one a table that looked clean.

"Don't you date wreck it Cole Mackenzie. We've spent almost two months and more on it!" Diana shouts at the boy. Anne turns her head towards the girl in confusion. Almost two months and more? What does that mean?
